While watching her hunt, Chen Zheng expects that she could form a demon core before the asteroid strikes Earth. He considers freezing time around her as a possible answer to her limited lifespan, but has not yet found a way to grant her eternal life 2755.

Little Bone later remembers hunting with Chen Zheng tens of millions of years earlier. She also recognizes the ancient serpent god as a former plaything who fled before the asteroid impact.
