• Chen Zheng defeated Xi'en, Hades, and their forces, then traveled with Ye Qingcheng to the Spacetime of the Other Ones.
• At Glazed Mountain, Chen Zheng and Ye Qingcheng killed the Wan Family’s leaders and discovered that Old Man Qu was suffering from a Samsara Curse.
• At the Artifact Refining Assembly, Old Man Qu regained his strength and killed Other Demon Young Master Chi, while Chen Zheng destroyed the attacking family forces.

Chen Zheng destroyed the force opposing his ascent, left Earth for the Spirit Realm, and reached Azure Cloud Town in search of the Rootless Tree. There, he crushed the factions gathered around the tree and left the Flower-Faced Lady alive as its leaves formed a sword formation.

• Chen Zheng defeated Blood God Child and Xue Hunzi, while Little Bone devoured the Reverse-Bred Blood Dragon after it escaped the tomb and completed its tribulation.
• Chen Zheng stopped Poseidon’s global tsunamis, settled the Ji Clan dispute, dissolved the ancient battle soul, and warned that Earth’s next spiritual energy tide would draw powerful beings.
• Chen Zheng destroyed the purple-faced alien in the Sahara and gave the alien’s glove to Lin Zhengming.
• During his tribulation at Kunlun, Chen Zheng tore apart the Heavenly Dao and left for the Spirit Realm, while An Jing brought his companions into Asgard Palace to await his return.
• In Azure Cloud Town, Chen Zheng erased the Longevity Dao cultivators who attacked him and agreed to guard the Rootless Divine Tree for A Meng, whom he named Azure Cloud.

Chen Zheng awakened Azure Cloud, seized the Heaven-Opening Axe, and brought the Pangu Holy Clan to Earth. He then led the King of Eastern Spirit against Great Yan, leaving Ancestor Mo and Young Master Wind and Cloud facing him after Qian Capital fell.

• Chen Zheng subdued the Black Witch Sect and Daoist Yunfan, then took the King of Eastern Spirit to Undying Mountain, where he shattered the Longevity Stele and claimed the Heaven-Opening Upper Volume.
• At the Heavenly Ravine, Little Tuntun devoured the Void Beast Emperor and the ancient book, while Chen Zheng defeated Xiaoyaozi, won the Pangu Holy Clan’s allegiance, and claimed the Heaven-Opening Axe.
• Chen Zheng showed the Pangu Holy Clan a vision of Pangu opening heaven and earth, then sent the clan toward Earth as the Heavenly Ravine traveled there.

Chen Zheng installed the King of Eastern Spirit as Great Yan's emperor, explored Guixu, and exposed the dangers hidden inside Great Hong's Immortal Fetus. After Azure Cloud gained his fifth cloud marking, Chen Zheng left for Ten Thousand Dragons Mountain, killed Crown Prince Shenhuang, and faced a phantom accusing him of killing its son.

• The Reincarnation Sage recognized Chen Zheng as his teacher and killed the Great Yan Emperor, after which the King of Eastern Spirit took the throne.
• Chen Zheng recovered half of the Luo Shu from the imperial tomb, protected Little Bone from Emperor Haoyang, and stabilized Eastern Emperor Taiyi's remnant soul after Taiyi killed Haoyang.
• Chen Zheng destroyed the Heavenly Saber Sect and entered Guixu, where Lei Jiuxiao and Sea Emperor Qinglin recognized him and slaughtered their own hostile followers.
