Ji Wuchang won the Three Provinces Arena Trial, then returned to face an assault by the Demonic Dao First-Rank Hall and Lingtai Province before leaving for Yunchuan Academy. There, he survived the old dean’s dangerous beast and witnessed Yu Ling’s tribulation as he strengthened his cultivation and sword techniques.

• Ji Wuchang defeated Jiang Hao in the arena, claimed the championship, and received the Puppet Clone Technique as his reward.
• Ji Wuchang used a puppet clone to conceal his movements, endured a lightning tribulation that formed an unusual mountain-shaped Purple Mansion, and returned to Jiang He City as enemies prepared to seize him.
• Xu Mingde and Jiang Qiang attacked Jiangchuan Saber Academy, and Ji Wuchang revealed his Six Spirits Realm cultivation, killed Jiang Guang and Xu Mingde, and helped turn the battle against the invaders.
• Mo Bingyuan killed Tu Detian and chased after Teng Wenlong, while Ji Wuchang kept the real spoils from Tu Detian’s storage ring and prepared to leave for Yunchuan Academy.
• At Yunchuan Academy, Ji Wuchang chose the old headmaster as his instructor, received a room beyond the rear mountain barrier, and drove off the headmaster’s fierce beast with targeted attacks.

• Yu Ling emerged from seclusion and swallowed lightning during her tribulation, while Ji Wuchang advanced his Six Swords of Fission, reached Purple Mansion Realm Third Level, and resolved not to lose.

Ji Wuchang grew stronger through battles, cultivation, and his journey with Yu Ling to Dove Thunder Mountain, where they entered a hidden realm. The arc left them following rival groups through the realm’s dangerous forest as Jiang Shifei proposed joining forces to reach its true interior.

• Ji Wuchang learned the Three Life-Risking Swords, fought a powerful beast, and battled Yu Ling, who later acknowledged him as her junior brother.
• Ji Wuchang acquired the Azure Sparrow Nine Sword Art through a Reincarnation Dream Experience Card and advanced to the Purple Mansion Realm Fifth Level.
• Ji Wuchang defeated Wu Feng in a sparring match, then learned that the powerful beast was fused with the old dean and that their fusion might lead the dean to Dao Severing.
• Ji Wuchang joined Yu Ling on a journey to Dove Thunder Mountain, where they pursued the lightning origin and Ji Wuchang reached the Purple Mansion Realm Sixth Level.
• Yu Gang discovered Venerable Purple Flame’s tomb behind a hidden barrier, and Ji Wuchang and Yu Ling entered the secret realm alongside Wu Caojun’s and Jiang Shifei’s groups.
• Ji Wuchang and Yu Ling fought Ghost Beasts and wounded a Demonic Dao First-Rank Hall member who controlled them, but he escaped using Blood Escape Technique.
• Ji Wuchang and Yu Ling followed Wu Caojun’s group into the forest, gathered rare Seven Demons Fallen Star Grass, and saw the group battle a powerful beast.
• Jiang Shifei and nearly twenty others disrupted Wu Caojun’s group during the fight, and Jiang Shifei proposed that they join forces to open the true realm.

Ji Wuchang and Yu Ling survived Venerable Purple Flame’s secret realm before entering the Land of Heavenly Loss, where a sacrificial formation opened paths to the Blood Pool. Ji Wuchang reached its entrance and reunited with Yu Ling, but the gathered entrants were pulled into a blood-red space above the pool.

• Wu Caojun and Jiang Shifei’s groups entered Venerable Purple Flame’s tomb, where Ji Wuchang exposed a Devil Race infiltrator and joined the others in crossing the deadly formation.
• Ji Wuchang and Yu Ling escaped the formation, took a Flame Spirit Crystal and mysterious stone, and witnessed Ancient Devil Tahe and Venerable Purple Flame clash before Qi Heming’s group dragged Tahe into a void passage.
• Venerable Purple Flame possessed Jiang Shifei, while Ji Wuchang and Yu Ling left the secret realm and traveled to the Land of Heavenly Loss.
• Yu Ling killed the bandits pursuing them and sent Ji Wuchang through a teleportation gate, then followed with Yu Gang to see whether the Blood Pool would awaken his bloodline.
• Ji Wuchang survived the Land of Heavenly Loss’s beasts and deadly conditions, followed Gu Qieyong’s party, and advanced to the sixth level of the Purple Mansion Realm.
• Gu Qieyong’s group opened a formation beneath a hill and sacrificed six followers, summoning a devil eye that drew people across the land toward the Blood Pool.
• Ji Wuchang entered a separate blood-pool passage, defeated a stone puppet, and used a blood-red token to open the barrier above a vast plaza of human and Devil Race skeletons.
• The Blood Pool stele drew Ji Wuchang, Yu Ling, and the other entrants into a blood-red space above the pool, where their blood began to boil.

Ji Wuchang and Yu Ling escaped the Blood Pool after Huang Sen broke free, then returned to academy life as Ji Wuchang uncovered the Myriad Souls Hall’s crimes and confronted its members. The arc ended with Yu Gang destroying the Hall’s Heavenly Star Province branch and Yu Ling helping the old dean gain control over his beast soul.

• Yu Ling led Ji Wuchang into the Blood Pool, where he recovered a Supreme’s bones and eight drops of blood before warning her that a Demon Venerable was about to escape.
• Huang Sen broke free from the formation beneath the Blood Pool, devoured cultivators, and trapped Long Batian and the others until Yu Ling shattered the barrier and escaped with Ji Wuchang.
• Yu Ling and Ji Wuchang refined blood essence, awakening a powerful Yu Clan bloodline in her and revealing a strange Ji and Li Family bloodline mark in his.
• Back at Yunchuan Academy, Ji Wuchang advanced to the Purple Mansion Realm Seventh Level and accepted a mission to investigate the deaths in Willow River Village.
• Ji Wuchang traced the village killings to the Myriad Souls Hall, learned it was harvesting remnant souls across several provinces, and killed a squad sent to slaughter nearby villages.
• Niu Tao, Wu Yong, and Zhang Qi became caught up in the fighting around Willow River Village as Myriad Souls Hall members attacked them, and Ji Wuchang killed Wu Yong after his Primordial Spirit fled.
• Yu Ling agreed to deal with the Myriad Souls Hall, and Yu Gang destroyed its Heavenly Star Province branch, including a Celestial Phenomenon Realm expert who arrived to intervene.
• Yu Ling fed the old dean a drop of crimson blood, helping him regain control over his beast soul, while Ji Wuchang learned that the fusion still carried risks.
