Izayoi empowers Sasuke, destroys Cloud Village, and clashes with Nagato at the Rain Country while the Five Kage struggle to respond. After his Tenseigan evolves, Izayoi returns to the growing conflict over Hashirama Cells and exposes Obito’s secret to Nagato.

• Izayoi had Orochimaru transplant Hashirama Cells into Sasuke, awakening Sasuke’s Wood Release and boosting his aptitude.
• Sasuke trained with Hinata and Karin, while Izayoi completed his new home and began spending time with Hinata and Hanabi.
• Izayoi gave Hinata a necklace, heard her confession, and showed her a meteor shower that he had secretly aimed at Cloud Village.
• Izayoi’s forces attacked the devastated Cloud Village, and Izayoi destroyed it with Super Almighty Push after the Fourth Raikage and Killer B confronted him.
• The Five Kage held a summit about Akatsuki and the mysterious Rinnegan wielder, but they failed to unite against the threat.
• During the Cloud assault on Rain Hidden Village, Izayoi revealed himself as Otsutsuki Toneri and defeated several Paths of Pain before Nagato accepted Obito’s offer to restore his strength with Hashirama Cells.

Izayoi gathered power and Points while manipulating events to prepare for his final clash with Nagato. Their battle devastated Amegakure and left Izayoi facing Nagato’s Demonic Statue of the Outer Path, with Obito trapped in the fight.

• Izayoi exposed Obito’s identity to Nagato, rejected the Infinite Tsukuyomi plan, and sent Sasuke to Ryūchi Cave while Nagato prepared to revive the Three-Tails.
• Izayoi and the Akatsuki investigated a chakra-less army and the Gelel Stone, and Izayoi used its Natural Energy to master Sage Mode while Sasuke developed his own Sage Mode.
• Nagato mastered Sage Mode and considered capturing Izayoi, while Izayoi transplanted the Kamui Sharingan into Kakashi and Danzō and began preparing for the Endgame Battle.
• Izayoi revived Minato with Orochimaru, took control of the Yin Nine Tails, then sent Human Puppets to attack the Great Shinobi Villages and secretly gained Points as he defeated them.
• Izayoi left Konoha for a classified mission and confronted Nagato, trading powerful attacks before Nagato summoned reincarnated fighters and the Human Puppet Army battled over Amegakure.
• Nagato and Tobi raised a Thousand-Armed Buddha Statue against Izayoi’s Wood Human Arhat, and their prolonged fight continued as Izayoi replenished his chakra through a Wood Clone.
• Nagato summoned the Demonic Statue of the Outer Path, while Izayoi’s Wood Clone attacked in Kamui Dimension and revealed he had exploited Obito’s other eye.
• Danzō disrupted Obito and Nagato’s Wood Clone, and Izayoi bound the Demonic Statue with branches and red torii gates as Nagato urged Tobi to escape.

Izayoi’s Tenseigan evolved as he confronted Madara Uchiha on the moon and uncovered the truth behind Black Zetsu’s plans. After gaining Sage of Six Paths Mode and protecting Shion, Izayoi faced Madara’s renewed effort to become the Ten-Tails Jinchuriki, while Hinata revealed a space-warping ability of her own.

• Madara Uchiha was resurrected, took Nagato’s Rinnegan, and seized control of Akatsuki, while Nagato and Konan withdrew.
• Izayoi’s Tenseigan completed its evolution, granting him flight and space-control abilities, and he traveled to the moon to confront Otsutsuki Toneri and explore the Otsutsuki Clan’s legacy.
• Izayoi fought Madara Uchiha on the moon, blasted him back to Earth with the Golden Wheel Reincarnation Explosion, and left a third of the moon sliced away.
• Madara Uchiha began doubting the Infinite Tsukuyomi after seeing evidence of Black Zetsu’s manipulation, then joined forces with Nagato to investigate the threat posed by Toneri.
• Izayoi protected Shion from Moryo, awakened Sage of Six Paths Mode, and later persuaded Shion to join Konoha while Madara discovered the Sage of Six Paths’ inheritance.
• Madara Uchiha revealed to Uchiha Obito that the Infinite Tsukuyomi created White Zetsu, and Obito agreed to help him become the Ten-Tails Jinchuriki in exchange for the revival of his loved ones.
• Madara Uchiha tried to recruit Izayoi, then attacked Konoha and began draining Shion’s Priestess Power, but Hinata used a new space-warping Eye Technique to rescue Shion and Karin.
• Madara Uchiha escaped Konoha in Perfect Susanoo after proposing a non-aggression agreement, and Izayoi let him go while privately planning to use him as a pawn.

Izayoi became Hokage, revealed the truth of the Uchiha massacre, and prepared for Madara’s assault while searching for Ōtsutsuki Isshiki. After Madara became the Ten-Tails Jinchuriki and revived Kaguya, Izayoi fought them both, leaving Kaguya weakened but still battling him.

• Madara gained Sage of Six Paths Chakra, but Izayoi defeated him in their prolonged fight on the moon and returned to Konoha.
• Izayoi became the Sixth Hokage, abolished the Council of Elders, appointed Sasuke Anbu Commander, and revealed the truth of the Uchiha massacre to him.
• Sasuke confronted Itachi and killed Obito after Madara revealed Itachi’s plan to manipulate him, while Izayoi took Obito’s eye to search other dimensions.
• Izayoi’s Rinne-Tenseigan awakened, and he explored other dimensions for Isshiki before returning home as the Three-Tails revived.
• Madara and Nagato launched attacks to capture the Tailed Beasts, while Izayoi fought Madara and Naruto and Sasuke moved to protect the remaining Jinchuriki.
