Sean brought Gavin back with the Resurrection Stone and arranged for him to teach Defense Against the Dark Arts, while the Ministry and Umbridge tightened their grip on Hogwarts. After Sean helped clear Sturgis Podmore and rallied students’ families against Umbridge, he left Hogwarts to meet the six escaped dragons.

• Sean buried Gavin, then used the Resurrection Stone to bring him back and arranged for Gavin to teach at Hogwarts under a disguise.
• Sean returned to Hogwarts, where Umbridge became Care of Magical Creatures professor, Fleur began teaching Alchemy, and Gavin took over Defense Against the Dark Arts.
• Sean proposed research into curing the Werewolf Virus, recruited Dumbledore’s help in approaching Remus Lupin, and negotiated an alliance with Scrimgeour.
• Sean helped clear Sturgis Podmore at the Wizengamot by securing the removal of the Imperius Curse and proving Sturgis’s innocence with Truth Serum.
• Umbridge targeted Sean and Harry, but Sean’s protective amulet shielded Harry from her blood-writing quill, and Sean used Life Alchemy to ease Gavin’s worsening condition.

• Sean realized the six escaped dragons were searching for him and went to meet them, while Ministry wizards trapped the dragons beneath a barrier.

Sean freed the dragons, fought Voldemort’s allies among the giants, and built his own plans as the Ministry fell under Death Eater influence. After Voldemort released the prisoners from Azkaban, Sean warned the Order about the danger and considered pursuing Bellatrix and Rodolphus to recover Hufflepuff’s Cup.

• Sean stole six fire dragons from the Director and the Aurors, then brought them to the hidden space beneath the orphanage.
• Sean rescued Hagrid and Madame Maxime from the Giant Settlement, killed Olanides and the other giants, and destroyed the settlement.
• Sean captured Avery and Yaxley after they abducted children from the orphanage, marked them with his Ouroboros Pentagram, and altered their memories.
• Sirius and Harry found Fudge dead in the Ministry, where Umbridge disarmed Sirius, and Dumbledore realized Voldemort was framing them to gain power.
• Sean told Amelia Marchbanks that Voldemort would take control before Sean’s allies reclaimed and reformed the Ministry.
• Umbridge became acting Minister and Borel became High Inquisitor, while Voldemort released the prisoners from Azkaban and gathered ten trusted Death Eaters.
• Sean confronted Sirius over taking Harry to the Ministry, urged him to seek help, and later warned the Order that a fight in the Department of Mysteries could destroy valuable magical objects.
• After Dumbledore announced the escapees, Sean considered targeting Bellatrix and Rodolphus to recover Hufflepuff’s Cup.

Sean helped bring Voldemort’s return before the Ministry, fought him in public, and secured political influence while expanding his plans against the Dark Arts. After the school year’s exams, Sean infiltrated Voldemort’s gathering at Malfoy Manor as Voldemort ordered Snape to act against him.

• Sean enlisted Kreacher, refused to help Harry retrieve Voldemort’s target, and prepared to use the Vanishing Cabinet for his own plan.
• After Hermione’s group was ambushed, Sean sent Kreacher to help Harry reach 12 Grimmauld Place, then disguised himself and Fleur as Bellatrix and Rodolphus to steal Hufflepuff’s Cup from Gringotts.
• Harry’s group entered the Ministry to secure the Prophecy Orb, and Sean joined the ensuing battle, deflected Bellatrix’s curse, and confronted Voldemort before Ministry officials.
• Sean fought Voldemort under the moonlight until Voldemort retreated, while witnesses learned he had returned and Ministry officials began restoring the government.
• Sean helped Gavin reclaim Bulstrode Manor, erased Borel and Doris’s memories, and branded his subordinates with the Ouroboros Pentagram.
• Sean expanded his influence, healed Snape’s scar, and tested a potion that temporarily suppressed Lupin’s werewolf transformation.

Sean Bulstrode escaped Voldemort, became Minister of Magic, and began organizing the Ministry and its allies against the Death Eaters. After meeting the Muggle Queen and investigating the Mist Chamber, he joined an operation in Germany when Death Eaters appeared in Gloom Town.

• Sean and Snape escaped Voldemort’s attacks, and Sean fought him in the clouds with Kulkan before using the Titan’s Sword to destroy several of Voldemort’s giant serpents.
• After Voldemort escaped and the Order learned that Azkaban had fallen, Sean removed Snape’s Dark Mark and his Werewolf Vaccine succeeded in temporarily reversing a young Werewolf’s transformation.
• Sean graduated from Hogwarts, investigated the Delusional One’s connection to the Bulstrode, Lovegood, and Grindelwald families, and persuaded Lucius to turn against Voldemort for Draco and Narcissa’s sake.
• The Wizengamot elected Sean Minister of Magic, and he appointed Amelia Deputy Minister while assigning allies to strengthen the Ministry and investigate Voldemort’s supporters.
• Sean entered the Mist Chamber, learned it could observe countless worlds, and received a key that let him come and go.
• Sean enlisted the Muggle Queen’s cooperation by showing her the danger posed by dark wizards and demonstrating that magic could defeat firearms.
• After investigating the missing Azkaban prisoners and discussing Wolfsbane research with Snape, Sean went to Germany, where he and the British and German Aurors prepared to confront Death Eaters in Gloom Town.
