Stacking Up to Reach the Coconuts

"Hi, Xiao Zhe!" She cheerfully splashed water at Lu Zhe, then giggled.

Only then did Lu Zhe notice what a great figure Jiang Yao had. They had been partners for so long, yet he had never noticed.

Lu Zhe rubbed his palms together, wrapped his arms around the trunk, and exerted himself. He climbed up easily, then picked the coconuts one by one and tossed them onto the beach!

He got fifteen coconuts in one go!

The other coconut tree was only eight meters tall, but its trunk was nearly half a meter in diameter, and even more coconuts hung from it!

But the trunk was so thick that he had nowhere to get a grip to climb!

Ning Shu took off her shoes and stepped barefoot onto Lu Zhe's shoulders!

Jiang Yao took off her shoes too, grabbed Lu Zhe's arm, and climbed up, then continued climbing up Ning Shu!

Finally, Lu Zhe straightened first, followed by Ning Shu, and then Jiang Yao straightened as well!

"Here!"

Lu Zhe passed up the branch standing beside his hand!

Ning Shu stood barefoot on Lu Zhe's shoulders. Jiang Yao braced one hand against the trunk and slowly raised the branch with the other to poke at the coconuts above!

Without much effort, she knocked one down!

The coconut landed on the beach with a thud!

"Haha, perfect!"

"Yaoyao, you're amazing!"

"Keep it up!"

"This is pretty easy. Yaoyao's best at standing up high!"

Pop! She knocked another one down!

This time, the coconut landed on a protruding rock and bounced onto the beach!

Then she knocked down several more in succession!

"The ones over there are just out of reach. Xiao Zhe, can you move a little to the left?"
