Shen Xi accepted the changes in him and kissed him, leaving Lu Ling to abandon his attempt to settle accounts and respond to her.

After a year of peace, Lu Ling returned to Oros Holy Academy in secret and reunited with his former student Shaja. He left with her for a drink, while the mage stationed at the academy was relieved that his visit had ended without incident.

A year after the rebels’ uprising ended, Lu Ling stayed at Shan Xia’s manor with Shaja, the angel Gabriel, and Snow Woman, whose powers benefited from his energy. A month later, he returned to Spirit City with Shaja, where the world remained relatively peaceful and he found himself bored again.

• Lu Ling and Shaja spent a week together at Shan Xia’s manor, and Shaja admitted that his energy improved her strength and constitution.
• Snow Woman woke beside them and asked Lu Ling for attention, while Shaja called him a scumbag.
• One month later, Lu Ling returned to Spirit City with Shaja, whose arrival drew little notice beyond the women living in the castle.

A month later, Xue Lian abducted Lu Ling and kept him occupied for two months, leaving him exhausted. After Asharuiya restored some of his strength, she explained why she was staying at his place and invited him to go somewhere with her.

Lu Ling brought Asharuiya to the Twin Guardian Pavilion to purify and improve the formation beneath the East Guard Pavilion prison. After Lu Ling destroyed a newly formed Condensed Evil Bead, Asharuiya began planning a permanent purification system that would use Lu Ling’s power.

A month later, he kept Spirit City's influence in check and reunited with Ye Chang, who admitted she could no longer leave him.

• Lu Ling and Asharuiya modified the East Guard Pavilion's Soul-Devouring Formation so it no longer produced Red Demons or soul power beads.
• Lu Ling sensed an Emperor invading and sent Asharuiya and Mochizuki Chiharu into the Spirit Realm before heading back toward Magic City.

After the war against the Sea Monsters, Lu Ling reunited with Ye Chang, who had broken through to the Forbidden Curse, and reassured her that he truly liked her despite enjoying teasing her. Lu Ling later replenished the vitality of the women around him, and the story ended with his large family still growing.
