Gu Yuena is the Silver Dragon King, one half of the Dragon God and the sovereign of Spirit Beasts. She possesses the Dragon God's reason and wisdom, inherited the powers of all of the Dragon God's Nine Sons except the Mountain Dragon King and Golden Dragon, and at her peak possessed combat power comparable to a God King. Her hatred of the God Realm stems from the destruction of her clan and her own suffering. 43 334

After sensing the aura released by Mu Chen's evolved Emperor Dragon Sword, she emerges to investigate. Her arrival establishes her authority over the Great Ferocious Beasts: Di Tian and Zi Ji obey her orders to calm the disturbed soul beasts, while Sword Douluo is immediately incapacitated by her mental power. 42

Mu Chen agrees to help her revitalize the Dragon Clan and Spirit Beast race, restore balance between humans and Spirit Beasts, and avert the latter's extinction. In return, Gu Yuena chooses to personally protect him until he becomes a god. 45 To live among humans, she accepts the name “Gu Yuena,” publicly poses as Mu Chen's long-lost elder sister, and alters Sword Douluo's memories to support the story. 46
