Yu Tianling joined Spirit Hall, gained a God of War inheritance, and transformed his power at the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Spring. After rescuing Zhu Zhuqing, he brought her toward Spirit Hall Academy, where his companions gathered in Heaven Dou City.

• Yu Tianling awakened the Ancient Void Dragon and the Ancient Heavenly Phoenix, then accepted Bibi Dong’s invitation to become her disciple and Spirit Hall’s Holy Son.
• Yu Tianling defeated Yan, reached Level 20, and traveled with Ghost Douluo and Lin Qingze to the Star Dou Great Forest, where Hu Liena and Xie Yue obtained their third Soul Rings and Yu Tianling gained Spatial Thorns.
• Yu Tianling entered the ruins described in his parents’ letter, accepted the God of War inheritance, and received a God-Given fourth Soul Ring aged 33,780 years.
• Yu Tianling found Dugu Bo at the Ice and Fire Yin Yang Spring and negotiated access to the valley in exchange for curing Dugu Bo and bringing his granddaughter to Spirit Hall Academy.
• Yu Tianling absorbed the opposing ice and fire forces, condensed a Soul Core, and gained Ultimate Ice and Ultimate Fire attributes before agreeing to cure Dugu Bo through a Soul Bone.
• Yu Tianling rescued Zhu Zhuqing from her pursuers, traveled with her to Heaven Dou City, and won repeatedly at the Great Soul Arena until he earned a Diamond Soul Fighting Badge.
• Gui Mei dealt with a Soul Elder who threatened Zhu Zhuqing, and Yu Tianling introduced her to Hu Liena and the others as a future Spirit Hall Academy student.
• Chrysanthemum Douluo told Yu Tianling that the Immortal Herb had healed his hidden injuries and helped him reach Level 96, while the Golden Generation had also benefited from their herbs.

Yu Tianling helped Hu Liena and Zhu Zhuqing strengthen their abilities, then led them to Slaughter City for his sixth God of War trial. Inside the city, they met the poisoned Bi Gan, who revealed that he was Bibi Dong’s biological father.

• Xie Yue gained his fourth Soul Skill from the Shadow-Seizing Bamboo, and Hu Liena absorbed a Ghost Tiger Soul Ring to gain Charm Shadow Clone.
• Yu Tianling met Xue Qinghe, returned to Spirit City, and told Bibi Dong about the God of War inheritance while concealing the God King of Equality.
• Yu Tianling completed his fourth and fifth God of War trials, then took Zhu Zhuqing to the Star Dou Great Forest, where she ate the Dark Night Bodhi Fruit and evolved her Martial Soul into the Hellfire Cat.
• Zhu Zhuqing gained a third Soul Ring and trained in Suotuo City, where she ended her engagement with Dai Mubai and watched him lose a Soul Fighting match to Ye Mengyang.
• Yu Tianling recruited Ye Mengyang to Spirit Hall, and Zhu Zhuqing reached Level 40 and obtained an eleven-thousand-year fourth Soul Ring.
• Yu Tianling set out with Hu Liena and Zhu Zhuqing for Slaughter City, explaining its dangers and his plan to earn Divine Slaughter's Domain.
• The three drank Bloody Marys, killed the tavern's occupants and Terror Knight Scott's guards, then entered Slaughter City as numbers 9527, 9526, and 9528.
• Yu Tianling found Bi Gan, who recognized Bibi Dong's jade pendant and revealed he was her biological father, and Yu Tianling proposed using Snow Swan Kiss to counter Bi Gan's spreading poison.

Yu Tianling led Hu Liena and Zhu Zhuqing through Hell Road, reunited Bi Gan with Bibi Dong, and brought his companions to the God of War’s Heavenly Stairway. As Spirit Hall secured the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect’s cooperation, Yu Tianling began the Seventh Trial and took up the God of War Set.

• Yu Tianling cured Bi Gan and the lingering poison in Hu Liena and Zhu Zhuqing, then the three young fighters earned their hundredth consecutive victories in Slaughter City.
• Yu Tianling, Hu Liena, and Zhu Zhuqing entered Hell Road, overcame the Blood Bats and Ten Headed Fierce Yang Serpent, and emerged with Divine Slaughter’s Domain.
• Yu Tianling absorbed the serpent’s Inner Core and gained a hundred-thousand-year Seventh Soul Ring before Bi Gan led the group toward Spirit City.
• Yu Tianling introduced Bi Gan to Bibi Dong, who persuaded her father to stay hidden, then reunited with Ye Lingling and comforted her over her grandfather’s death.
• Yu Tianling arranged for Spirit Hall to offer Ning Fengzhi Aromatic Silk Beauty in exchange for the Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Sect joining Spirit Hall and moving to Spirit City.
• Yu Tianling took his companions to the Heavenly Stairway, where the Origin-God-Pillar assigned their trials and the group began climbing under its crushing pressure.
• Ning Rongrong evolved her Seven Treasure Glazed Tile Pagoda into the Nine Treasure Glazed Tile Pagoda, and Ning Fengzhi began moving the sect toward Spirit City.
• Bi Gan attacked Yu Xiaogang in Nuoding City to avenge Bibi Dong, while Yu Tianling reached the thousandth step and began the God of War’s Seventh Trial.
• Yu Tianling approached the God of War Set, transformed it into blood-red armor, and began drawing a sword that drained his blood and strength.

Yu Tianling pursued ways to repair the God King of Equality and helped Ye Lingling and Ye Mengyang evolve their Martial Souls before returning to Spirit Hall. He forged alliances and waged war on the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan, defeating Yu Zhenting, Tang Chen, and Tang San’s forces as his Dragon Phoenix godhood took shape.

• Yu Tianling completed the God of War’s Seventh Trial, received the God of War Set, and agreed to seek a Soul Power method to repair the God King of Equality’s damaged divine core.
• Yu Tianling took Ye Lingling and Ye Mengyang to the Far North, where the Snow Empress gave Ye Lingling a Nine-Stamen Ice Lotus and directed Ye Mengyang toward the Black Tortoise.
• Ye Lingling evolved her Martial Soul into the Nine Heart Ice Begonia, and Ye Mengyang inherited the Black Tortoise, the Water God’s inheritance, and the Black Tortoise Shield.
• Yu Tianling discovered the Lightning Dragon King’s remains and wings, then returned to Spirit Hall with Ye Lingling and Ye Mengyang while Gu Na joined their group.
• Yu Tianling helped Zhu Zhuqing attempt the God of War Set trial, and Gu Na revealed she was the Silver Dragon King’s clone seeking his aid for the Soul Beast Clan.
• Yu Tianling and Gu Na gained the Dragon Phoenix Godhood Fragment, then led Spirit Hall’s campaign against the Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon Clan and its Yu Clan branch forces.
• Yu Zhenting’s army attacked Spirit Hall with support from Tang Xiao, Ning Fengzhi, and Gu Rong, but Yu Tianling and his allies destroyed the Yu Clan’s forces and killed Yu Zhenting.
• Yu Tianling defeated Tang Chen and then Tang San’s arriving forces, pushed his Dragon Phoenix fusion beyond ninety percent, and declared that Spirit Hall would unite the continent under his rule.
