Asura God asked Sea God to use Bo Saixi and Sea God Island to lure Luo Chen toward Slaughter City so he could kill him, but Sea God hesitated as the danger became clear. When a strange bell sound cut off their communication, Sea God hid and decided to seek protection from Angel God.

Asura and the other God Kings were confronted by Bard and Zilean, who warned that the Void threatened their universe and explained the stakes of Luo Chen’s trials. Zilean revealed that Luo Chen alone could not face the Void, leaving the God Kings to reckon with the need for greater forces.

• Asura reacted angrily to Bard’s presence, but Bard warned the God Kings not to interfere with Luo Chen’s trials and demonstrated his power by making their divine strength and existence fade.
• The Goddess of Life questioned Bard about his connection to Luo Chen, and Bard identified himself as the boy’s guardian before warning that the Void would destroy their universe if the trials failed.
