The Snow Empress issued a wide invitation to all sect leaders and renowned figures in the cultivation world to gather at the Ziwei Sect on March 15th to participate in the founding ceremony of the Heavenly Dao Alliance.

Some independent cultivators and famous figures in the cultivation world were also invited. The square was crowded with people and was very lively.
At noon, the inauguration ceremony officially began.
Snow Empress, dressed in the attire of the Heavenly Dao Alliance leader—a white robe with gold trim, a purple-gold crown, and the Xuanyuan Sword Xuanyuan Sword at her waist (although the real Xuanyuan Sword had been used for sealing, the Ziwei Sect possessed a replica as a symbol of the sect), ascended the high platform.
