Fortz Foz was a CP9 intelligence agent for the World Government and claimed to be a genius whose talent was no less than Rob Lucci's.

"You came charging at me so directly, I thought you were going to be Conqueror's Coating!"
So it turns out you were just bluffing all along!
With that, Kaido gripped his spiked club tightly, and purple lightning erupted around him.
With one blow, Sanji and Sanji were sent Luffy together.
The two bodies traced two paths through the night sky before crashing simultaneously onto a mountain peak some distance away.

Kaido exhaled, slung his spiked club over his shoulder, and said calmly:
Good power! Too bad it's useless!
Although Sanji's Ifrit Jambe is far more powerful than Diable Jambe, it wouldn't be as powerful if he hadn't mastered the Internal Destruction level of Armament Haki.
Those physical attacks were not very effective against him.
Otherwise, in the original Luffy, in Gear Fourth, would have been beating Kaido in Wano Country for who knows how long before Kaido was finally sobered up.
In the distance, where Luffy and Sanji were, smoke and dust filled the air.
