• Xie Feng discovered that Ye Zhu and Buddha Island were using Buddhist bells and seals to control people, and he led the clans to prepare for war.

Xie Feng defeated Ye Zhu, entered the Origin Realm, founded the Xuanji Sect, and survived a tribulation that led him to a mysterious golden tomb. After returning to his new stronghold, he traveled to Silkworm Imperial City to approach Princess Qianying, who challenged him to fight her.

• Ye Zhu killed Gu Meng and Qing Wu, but Xie Feng and his allies defeated him and ended his control of the Dao Realm.
• Xie Feng and Sushang entered the Origin Realm, met Ze Ling, and rescued captives by destroying the Flame Cloud Leopard Clan.

After curing her and surviving accusations against him, he returned to seeking ingredients for Yue Heng’s recovery and attended an auction with Gu Yuan.

• Xie Feng forced Feng Jia to treat A Ning, then helped him defeat Yi Da’er and secured the Origin-Shaping Wood, though Kong Qiusu revealed it was actually a Yellow Springs Branch.
