He was Ysera's primary consort, Ysera was Cenarius's foster mother, so in a sense, he was Cenarius's foster father, although Cenarius would never admit it.
His soul may not be comparable to the oldest Wild God like Tortolla and Malorne, but it is far more powerful than Cenarius's.
