Illidan negotiated the Joint Outland Development Plan, dividing the region among its peoples in exchange for supplies and troops. Afterward, he told Jiang Jie that he intended to attack the Burning Legion’s worlds, including Argus, and left Jiang Jie to handle threats on Azeroth.

• Illidan demanded that the races pay supplies or contribute troops for passage through the Dark Portal, and the leaders accepted his terms.
• After days of negotiation, the representatives agreed on the Joint Outland Development Plan and divided Outland’s regions among its factions.
• The Orcs received Nagrand but were angry that their homeland had otherwise been divided; Rexxar planned to return to the Blade’s Edge Mountains.

Jiang Jie and Anveena met Rajh, who verified Anveena’s appointment and explained the Forge of Origination’s power and limits. The chapter ended with Jiang Jie realizing that the Forge could destroy all life on Azeroth if corrupted, leaving every living being under threat.

• Rajh awoke and required Jiang Jie and Anveena to recount how Anveena gained her abilities and Archaedas’s recognition.
• The Halls of Origination showed Rajh a record of events in Uldaman, and he confirmed Anveena’s appointment while ordering her to repair every Titans Prison.

• Rajh considered activating the Forge early but recognized that cleansing Azeroth would sacrifice the World-Soul’s progress and remained a last resort.

Shen-zin Su worried about leaving Azeroth and protecting the Pandaren who traveled with it, and Jiang Jie reassured it before they reached the mists of Pandaria.

Xiao Feng recognized Shaohao as a cultivator of the pure Divine Dao and suggested that he could help Jiang Jie cultivate his spirit and understand the Seven Treasures Realm.

• For over ten thousand years, Emperor Shaohao’s mist had turned outsiders away and kept Pandaria hidden from the world.

Emperor Shaohao revealed that Li Li was the Pandaren foretold to bring disaster and a turning point to Pandaria, and Jiang Jie gave her the Pearl of Pandaria.
