"How about you marry me when you grow up? This relationship is stronger than friendship; I can do things that friends can't do."

Lu Qian's words left Lu Keran stunned, and she didn't come to her senses for a long time.

Lu Keran realized what was happening and slammed her hand on the ground. "No!"

Lu Qian tilted his head, his eyes full of incomprehension. "Why? I like you a lot, don't you like me?"

Lu Qian opened a pudding, fed him a bite, and said, " Keran, this is for you. Uncle Lu said you like pudding. Try a bite and see if you like the taste."

"I like it, thank you, Brother Lu Qian."

"Because I call you Grandpa/Uncle, you can't call me Brother, or you can call me Little Uncle."

"Uncle!"

Lu Qian looked up and smiled at him, a somewhat forced smile, as if he were forcing it, but Lu Keran didn't notice anything amiss.

" Keran, long time no see."

Lu Keran grabbed Lu Qian and ran, "Uncle, come see the gift I prepared for you!"

Lu Qian was instantly pulled forward a few steps by him.

" Lu Keran!" Grandpa Lu's lips twitched as he called out in a deep voice from behind.

Lu Keran immediately stopped and slowly turned around, "Grandpa, I'll take Uncle to his room."

"It's alright, Uncle, Keran and I will go take a look."

"Okay, if this kid's naughty, just discipline him. Don't spoil him."

Upon hearing Lu Keran felt like she was about to explode with anger, "Grandpa!"

Grandpa Lu waved his hand, "Alright, let's go."

Lu Qian tugged at his hand, Lu Keran his foot and led him upstairs.

Back in her room, Lu Keran closed the door, but hadn't said a word yet.

Lu Qian suddenly handed him something and said, "From now on, my name will be Lu Xuanran."

Lu Keran stared wide-eyed at him, then at the ID card in front of him... He was illiterate; he only recognized the character "Lu," but he knew a few other characters.

He was completely dumbfounded. "You... um... why?"

"You said it."

Lu Keran's face scrunched up. Recalling what he had said earlier, she was immediately filled with surprise. "Um... okay."
