Ji Chi ladled a spoonful of ham and chicken soup for Wen He, while Zhang Shengsheng had his eye on the stuffed tofu dish since Ji Chi.

The outer layer is fried tofu puffs, and the inside is filled with minced meat and egg liquid, making the meat tender and juicy when you bite into it.

The chicken soup was savory and delicious. Wen He drank several mouthfuls in a row. Wen He didn't have the habit of talking while eating, and Zhang Shengsheng didn't talk much either. The group finished their meal quietly.

The moon outside the window began to climb higher, and the streetlights in the courtyard lit up one by one, their warm yellow light illuminating the path the group was walking on.

Wen He hopped and skipped, and the group walked out of the restaurant.

Thinking of the koi carp gathered together in the pond, Ji Chi suddenly thought it would be nice to install a huge fish tank at home and keep some small fish in it.

Perhaps it would be nice to convert the swimming pool in the yard into a pond.

The little house in Ji Chi's mind gradually gathered, growing from its initial embryonic form to a fuller shape.

The three of them rode back to the small house together. Wen He wasn't in a hurry to go upstairs. He had made an appointment with Zhang Shengsheng in the car to play checkers together.

Ji Chi carried the bag upstairs, placed the heat transfer print on the bedside table, and ordered a large photo frame on his phone.

It looks better when framed.

After a quick wash, Ji Chi went upstairs to work.

" Xiao He... you? Are you really doing this voluntarily?"

"Huh?" Wen He looked at Zhang Shengsheng with blank eyes, meeting his slightly worried gaze.

Zhang Shengsheng fiddled with the glass beads in her hand and continued, "What I mean is, did Ji Chi threaten you...?"

After Wen He realized what was happening, she couldn't help but chuckle softly. "He didn't threaten me... it was all my own choice. Ji Chi is a very nice person, Shengsheng, don't think too badly of him."

"Okay... I was just asking," Zhang Shengsheng lowered her eyes, the slight worry in her heart disappearing without a trace with the other person's laughter.

Ji Chi is too fierce... Whether it's his speech or his actions, including the way he looks at people, it's all too contemptuous. It's hard not to suspect that he coerced or bribed her, otherwise, how could Wen He possibly have taken a liking to him?

The other person's words made Wen He fall into deep thought... He seemed to have never thought about why he liked Ji Chi... but... but he just liked him.

Wen He blushed, a heat spreading to the tips of his ears... Ji Chi was too much of a rogue.

"I won!" Taking advantage of the opponent's momentary daze, Zhang Shengsheng seized the victory in one fell swoop.

"Let's play one more round," Wen He said, pulling the other person into a new game.

When Zhou Siyu returned, the two were in the heat of the moment. He pointed out the next jumping spot for Wen, " Xiao He, jump from this side."

The piece jumped directly from the middle to the opponent's territory, cutting off Zhang Shengsheng's path.

"Ah~ Xiao Yu, you're being unfair~", Zhang Shengsheng pouted and tugged at Zhou Siyu's arm, acting coquettishly.

Zhou Siyu raised her hand and ruffled his soft hair. "Where is there any favoritism? We just happened to run into Xiao He playing chess~"

"Place your piece here," Xie Zhengci said to Zhang Shengsheng, his coat draped over his arm, standing behind Zhou Siyu. "Place your piece here, and the two pieces behind you can jump over it."

"Wow~ As expected of the CEO, your mind is really sharp." Zhang Shengsheng obediently placed the chess piece in the spot he pointed to.

Wen He looked up innocently at Zhou Siyu, pleading for her help. He shifted his position to make room for her, and Zhou Siyu sat down next to him and began to take over the game.

Xie Zhengci also stood aside, instructing Zhang Shengsheng; the atmosphere was gentle.

[Leopard Cat and his two children]

[Hahahaha, you know what, these four people together really do look like that.]

[There's also a local thug, Little Red Hair, who's eyeing the youngest son.]

[Hahahaha, I'm laughing so hard! This is just right, this is the feeling!]

[ Ji Chi: It turns out I am not worthy]

[ Demon Dragon: Whether I'm worthy or not isn't for you to decide, it's for me!]

Oh, you know, seeing them all so happy together makes me so happy!

[I like it this way, not too confrontational, I don't want to see people doing disgusting things.]

[Hahahaha]

Originally, the battle between Zhang Shengsheng and Wen He was supposed to turn into a duel between the two of them after the two joined in.

The confrontation between the two highly intelligent individuals, the back-and-forth battle, the various ideas and strategies that Wen He had to rack his brains to come up with.

He slowly stood up to make room for the other person, as he was a little thirsty.

Seeing this, Zhang Shengsheng gave up his seat to Xie Zhengci and accompanied the two of them to the kitchen.

There were large watermelons and grapes in the refrigerator. The two washed some and made a fruit platter. Wen He picked out some and put them in a bowl.

Ji Chi hasn't eaten yet; I need to send him some.

Wen He has a short memory and quickly forgot about the argument they had that afternoon; now her mind was filled with thoughts of him...

Zhang Shengsheng carried the plate towards the living room, while Wen He, with a watermelon in her mouth, went upstairs to the second floor.

The fruit is sweet and juicy; a bite of it can quench your thirst and cool you down.

"Knock knock knock..."

"Who is it?!" Ji Chi finished revising the documents with annoyance. He hated being disturbed while he was working.

" Ji Chi, Ji Chi, it's me." Wen He held a fruit plate in his arms. He had already eaten almost half of the watermelon, and the bowl was empty except for a few pieces of watermelon and small grapes.

"Coming." He got up and was about to walk to the door when he quickly ran back and covered the computer screen.

The door opened, but instead of seeing the boy's face, Ji Chi saw a nearly empty bowl. Puzzled, he pushed the bowl upwards, revealing the boy's face. The boy's cheeks were bulging, clearly indicating that he had just finished sneaking a bite.

Ji Chi pulled the person in and couldn't help but reach out and poke his face. The other person's eyes were bright and sparkling like a deer's. He lowered his head and kissed him directly.

The hand holding the porcelain bowl tightened slightly. Wen He shrank her neck and was pinned to the door by the other person's grip on her waist, unable to move. The fruit pulp mixed with juice in her mouth was swallowed down her stomach, and her lips were forced open and could not be closed. Excess red juice dripped from between their lips.

My entire jawline is sore...

Ji Chi lowered his head and licked the spilled watermelon juice clean, his voice hoarse, "Sweet... did you sneak some?"

"No... no," Wen He gasped, lifting the bowl she was holding in her arms to try and create some distance between them.

Ji Chi stared at the grapes inside, took the bowl from Wen He's hand, picked out a grape, popped it into his mouth, and kissed her again.

Without a porcelain bowl, Wen He could only weakly tug at Ji Chi's clothes. The original sweet watermelon was replaced by the sweet and sour taste of grapes. Their breaths mingled, filled with the fragrance of grapes. One grape after another was eaten until the Wen He was completely empty.

My jaw was so sore I could barely close it, and my original white T-shirt was now stained with juice.
