Background / History

The God Realm was originally created by King Lucifer after the destruction of Eden Kingdom. Using the corpse of a Cosmic Enforcer, Lucifer formed a sanctuary for beings who had transcended Plane Law; because the Enforcer was acknowledged by the Great Cosmic Will, its residents could remain there without being rejected by Cosmic Law. Lucifer used his own divinity to stabilize the new realm, while Aphrodite led Eden’s remaining people into it. 399 400

Following Eden’s fall, the realm expanded as 108 planes—including Douluo Continent—became connected to it. The Dragon God later incorporated Lucifer’s embryonic God Realm into the Divine Dragon Realm, allowing exceptional beings from major star systems to become deities. 401 591

After the Dragon God’s fall, the human deities established the God Realm Committee. The narrative states that they concealed their role in the Dragon God’s defeat and fabricated the later legend of a “Creation God.” 401

The realm exists in a different time flow from mortal worlds: one day in the God Realm equals one year in the mortal world. 53 401

God Realm Committee

The God Realm Committee governs the realm and monitors the lower planes. Its octagonal council chamber contains shifting light screens, each displaying a different mortal world or planetary scene. 179

Relationship with the Douluo Plane

The God Realm observes and interferes in the Douluo Plane despite the stated restrictions on divine intervention. The Sea God repeatedly used divine authority to influence events there, including moving the Golden Dragon King from the Forbidden God Zone toward Douluo Continent. 165 387

Huo Yuhao’s rise exposed a limitation of the realm’s authority: because he and his allies surpassed the Douluo Plane’s limits through a group fusion rather than individual ascension, the God Realm could not issue a summons to any one of them. 165

The realm also regarded the Valley of Asking Love as a site for testing divine inheritors, since the valley contained remnants and mysteries of prehistoric Eden civilization. 401

Major Conflicts

Sea God and Destruction Faction Conflict

The Sea God’s possession of the God Realm Core key gave him leverage over other gods, including the ability to threaten First Rank Gods with Divine Punishment. 387

The God of Destruction opposed the Sea God’s interference in lower planes and sought control of the Core. His faction included the Life Goddess, the Seven Deadly Sins Gods, the War God, and numerous Second- and Third-Rank Gods. 435 530

The internal conflict escalated into open battle. The God Kings of Goodness and Evil ultimately favored Tang San, allowing him and the Six Devils to descend to the lower planes. 541

Tang San’s Purge

After Tang Xuanyu defeated the God of Destruction and Life Goddess, Tang San’s faction retook control of the God Realm. The Seven Deadly Sins Gods were subdued, and previously wavering gods submitted to Tang San’s anti-Destruction faction. 598

Cosmic Abomination Crisis and Demise

The Cosmic Abomination awakened within the God Realm, revealing that the realm had been built upon the remains of a malformed Cosmic Enforcer. Tang San’s return of Douluo’s planetary core enabled the dormant creature to revive. 617 619

The God of Destruction and Life Goddess merged their respective powers into the Power of Creation, compressing the God Realm and strengthening its barrier. Their sacrifice transformed them into seeds representing destruction and life. 618 619

The remaining gods swore to live and die with the realm, feeding their divine power into the God Realm Core. Despite this unified resistance—and the sacrifices of the God Kings of Goodness and Evil—the Cosmic Abomination’s Space-Time Turbulence and psychic power destroyed the deities and broke the God Realm apart. 619
