I swear I set it to publish at a set time, but I don't know why I only found it in the drafts folder when I woke up and checked the data.

Several more months passed.
Quentin maintained his gentle and reliable demeanor, and the slight doubts that Peter had previously harbored had long been worn away by their repeated interactions.
In his eyes, Quentin was trustworthy. So Peter voluntarily granted Quentin access to his own privileges step by step, until finally, all the base access he could mobilize was handed over to Quentin.
Every time Quentin accessed the system to retrieve data, JARVIS would silently initiate isolation in the background, blocking all secrets related to the core of the base. Not only that, JARVIS also had a bit of Tony's mischievous sense of humor, mixing a set of altered fake data into the regular files and releasing it.
Fake security vulnerabilities, incorrect energy distribution, and distorted emergency plans may appear detailed and comprehensive, but they are actually all traps.
Unaware of anything amiss, Quentin downloaded all the data and sent it back to his team.
The night Peter gained full access, the SSC base was eerily quiet.
The blackout curtains in the dormitory were drawn tightly shut, and Quentin completely shed the humble and composed facade he wore during the day. He raised his hand to activate the holographic projection on the wall, and several remotely connected figures appeared in the green light—his team behind him.
"Full access is secured." Quentin spoke, his voice losing its usual gentleness and gaining a touch of coldness. " Peter's access is fully unlocked; we can freely access the SSC's surface system."
The team members in the holographic image were all visibly excited.
"After all this time, I finally don't have to act anymore!"
" Stark has disappeared; there's been no news of him for so long."
"Only Peter is left to hold things up at the base; this is the best opportunity."
Quentin raised his hand to silence the noise, his gaze falling on the base data that JARVIS had fabricated on the screen.
"I'm planning something big," he said slowly. "Using the same tactics as the Elementals, I'll create a disaster far larger than Prague, covering the entire New York."
At that time, the entire city's surveillance cameras and the eyes of passersby will witness this 'crisis'.
"Using the authority we've gained, we'll disrupt part of the base's security system, creating the illusion of a defensive failure. Once the chaos spreads, everyone will see that it was I, Quentin Beck, who stepped in to resolve the disaster."
He wants to use this fabricated crisis to achieve legendary status, replace Tony Stark and SSC, and become a universally recognized hero. He will use this grand spectacle to avenge the grievances he suffered when Stark project was rejected and shelved.
"After the disaster strikes, you will control a portion of the holographic robots to restrict Peter's movements as much as possible, preventing him from interfering with our plans. Once this charade is over, we'll slowly take back what Tony stole, bit by bit..."
The team members immediately began dividing up the tasks, setting up the holographic equipment, and refining the execution steps for the entire disaster. Everyone was immersed in the excitement of impending success, and no one realized that all the intelligence they relied on to formulate the plan was fake.
Quentin stared at the scrolling list of plans on the holographic screen, a cold smile playing on his lips.
The long, nauseating pretense is finally coming to an end.
The corridor outside the dormitory was silent; Peter was still sound asleep in his room. He was unaware that the trust he had given away without reservation had become a bargaining chip in the other party's grand scheme.
