"State your purpose, and I can give you a quick death," Beerus said coldly.
"I'm only passing through. Coming to this world was an accident." Ling Yi tried to explain. He genuinely did not want to leave the Dragon Balls world yet, or he would lose out far too much.
"Don't make excuses. I can sense that your existence will have an enormous impact on our world's future. That isn't a good thing."
Ling Yi knew there was no resolving this peacefully. So he could either flee immediately or fight before fleeing.
After some thought, Ling Yi decided to clash with them first. Whether he could win was one thing; more importantly, he coveted the God of Destruction's Power of Destruction and the angel Whis's Angel Power.
The passive analysis function was always active. If he could analyze these two powers, then even if he had to flee, he would not lose out too badly.
At that thought, Ling Yi smiled faintly. "Since coming to this world, I haven't had a truly satisfying fight. Lord Beerus, come on. Let me see whether your Power of Destruction is really as strong as the legends say."
"Haha, very good. Your courage has made me see you in a new light. I haven't fought in a long time either. I hope you can hold out for a while."
