After building a zombie-apocalypse realm inside the mirror, he learned it resembled the secret realm’s opening levels, whose origins remained unknown.

• Ling Yi enslaved Wong Fu, uncovered Lin Zhenfeng’s plot, and used Blood Slave Talismans to take control of the Lin Clan and cure Lin Zhentian’s poison.

Ling Yi entered the Nine Dragons Secret Realm and uncovered the truth of his former life before returning to a modern world where his Summon System awakened. After rescuing Chu Ran, he uncovered the Kami Church’s plan to expose thousands of exam-takers to a dangerous potion.

• Ling Yi created a fake Nine Dragons Secret Realm to lure experts in, but the real realm opened early and he entered it with Bai Ling and their companions.
• In the realm, Ling Yi found a version of his former world, discovered that he had swapped souls with another Ling Yi, and learned from Yin Wanqing that the world had been captured by the Ling Realm.
• Ling Yi lived as a wealthy but unpowered student, guarded his secrets from his relatives, and investigated strange cameras and a black van near his school.
• Ling Yi found the wounded Chu Ran, carried her to his apartment, and completed the contact required to awaken his Summon System.

Ling Yi dismantled the Kami Church’s operations in Dafeng City, protected the school by altering the anchor device, and confronted Bai Ye before the Purification Protocol could be activated. The crystal ball reached full charge during their fight, and Ling Yi began loosening his third seal.

• Ling Yi destroyed several Kami Church bases, discovered its plan to spread concentrated potion through Dafeng City’s groundwater, and summoned Bai Suzhen to help Chu Ran recover.
• Ling Yi and his allies captured Lin Feng, found the potion shipment at warehouse C-17, and destroyed all thirty-six tubes before they could be used.
• Ling Yi released his first seal, reached the threshold of Sixth Tier, and later defeated attackers sent by Bai Ye while revealing his growing strength.
• Ling Yi learned the school hideout held a timed potion-release system and led Bai Suzhen, White Bone, and Chu Ran in destroying it and capturing seven church members.
• Ling Yi and Bai Suzhen altered the anchor device’s coordinates to redirect the Purification Protocol away from the school, but Bai Ye began recalibrating it.
• Bai Ye summoned Ling Yi to an abandoned building and threatened to activate the Protocol, so Ling Yi went with White Bone and Chu Ran while Bai Suzhen stayed to interfere with the anchor.
