"You're still laughing? Who was being harassed just now? I had to save the day." Draco glared at her.
Hermione's cheeks flushed slightly, and she whispered back:
"I was acting out of a sense of justice."
Seeing the two exchanging glances, Pheobe's smile deepened, and she took the initiative to smooth things over:
"Alright, I'll stop teasing you guys. Anyway, it's fate that we're here today. If it weren't for your help, Gabrielle and I don't know how long we would have been stuck with you."
Gabrielle nodded in agreement, looking at Hermione with particular fondness. "Sister, you're so brave, and you're beautiful too. You and this brother are wearing the same clothes, you look so good together!"
"See? Even the kids know."
" Draco!" Hermione pinched him lightly, blushing.
"Hey kid, I helped you out of that mess, and instead of helping, you keep sabotaging me."
Draco turned toward Gabrielle.
"But you can't just use magic recklessly! My sister says that following the rules is what makes a good wizard!" Gabrielle wasn't afraid at all.
Even Pheobe, standing beside him, laughed so hard her shoulders trembled slightly. She reached out and ruffled her sister's curly hair, her gaze towards Draco filled with obvious teasing.
"Don't argue with a child. Her sense of justice is just too serious, just like a certain Gryffindor lady."
Hermione blushed upon hearing this. " Pheobe, don't make such comparisons! I'm not like her, taking people so seriously."
"That's definitely true," Draco chimed in, "But... I just like her the way she is."
Hermione's face instantly burned, and she stomped on his foot, but he easily dodged it.
Gabrielle blinked her big eyes, looking at this and then that, and suddenly, as if realizing something, whispered to Pheobe:
"Sister, they look like a couple from a fairy tale."
Hermione nearly choked on her juice at Draco's words, while Draco grinned smugly.
Seeing Gabrielle's curious yet bewildered expression, Pheobe couldn't help but laugh:
" Gabrielle, this is indeed what a couple is."
Gabrielle's eyes lit up instantly. She covered her mouth with her hand and exclaimed softly, "Wow~ So this is what couples are like! No wonder they were wearing the same clothes and holding hands the whole time!"
Hermione instantly lowered her head in embarrassment, her fingers instinctively trying to pull away from Draco's palm.
But Draco gripped his hand even tighter and deliberately pulled it closer to him.
"Sister, your face is so red!" Gabrielle pointed at her innocently. "Are you shy?"
Hermione was both embarrassed and ashamed, and secretly glared at Draco, blaming him for not letting go earlier.
Draco chuckled slyly and whispered in her ear, "What's the panic? She's right."
Pheobe, watching from the sidelines with amusement, gently smoothed things over:
"The two of you do look very well-matched standing together."
Hermione's neck turned red.
"We came to France specifically for tourism. Since you're familiar with the area, do you have any recommendations for places to visit?"
Pheobe smiled and answered Draco, naming a few places: the Seine, the alleys near the Champs-Élysées and Notre-Dame Cathedral, and a dessert shop frequented by locals.
Along the way, Draco quietly took care of the three girls. When the sun was a bit strong, he flicked his finger when no one was looking, and a faint Sun-Shielding Charm fell on their heads, making the sunlight soft and not glaring.
As they passed through windy areas, he quietly used Levitation Charm to stabilize Hermione's otter bag strap, which had been blown out of shape, and gently helped Pheobe and Gabrielle steady their hats, which were almost blown over.
When crossing the road, he even raised his hand to cast a light Protective Charm, keeping the group within a safe range.
Gabrielle sighed softly, "It's so great to be able to use magic; it can solve any problem."
"That depends on who's using it," Draco said smugly.
When they arrived at a scenic spot, Draco picked up his camera and took photos of Hermione alone first.
Pheobe glanced at it and genuinely praised, "You're a great photographer, better than many Muggle photographers."
Gabrielle nodded in agreement, "Sister is so pretty!"
Hermione's lips curled into a secret smile, her heart filled with sweet joy.
Draco then handed the camera to Pheobe:
Could you please take a picture for us?
He naturally pulled Hermione into his arms.
Pheobe took great photos too; the two of them together looked good and eye-catching, and it saved us the money of hiring Muggle photographer.
Before long, several more men, attracted by Hermione and Pheobe's beauty, approached them under the pretense of asking for directions, their eyes frivolous and their intentions clearly malicious.
Draco's face immediately turned cold. He lowered his head and whispered to Gabrielle beside him, "Go beat him up. I'll back you up."
Gabrielle immediately understood.
She knew that Draco was going to use magic behind her back.
The little girl immediately straightened her back, walked up to the man, and said earnestly, "Please leave and don't harass us!"
The man scoffed, and was about to push her away when Draco subtly twitched his fingers a short distance away.
" Slipping Jinx " -- The man slipped and did a split on the spot, wincing in pain.
Just as he was about to curse, Draco added a " Tongue-Tying Curse," making him speak unclearly, like a fool.
The final " Trouser-Leg Tightening Charm " prevented him from even standing up, leaving him only able to hop around comically in place.
Passersby all looked over and burst into laughter.
The man, utterly humiliated, scrambled to his feet amidst a chorus of laughter and slunk away.
Gabrielle ran back triumphantly, like a victorious little Champion.
Hermione was both surprised and amused, and quickly squatted down to pull her back:
"You're too reckless! Don't be so impulsive next time, what if you get hurt?"
Pheobe sighed helplessly yet affectionately, ruffled her sister's hair, and looked at Draco: "I knew it, you were the one behind it all."
Draco shrugged, looking completely innocent.
Gabrielle skipped back to Pheobe's side, tilted her little face up, and said in a serious tone:
"Sister, when are you going to find a boyfriend? That way, no one will dare to bother us!"
Upon hearing this, Pheobe was taken aback for a moment, then a faint blush spread across her cheeks.
She reached out and gently tapped her younger sister's forehead. "Little one, what do you know? You're even meddling in your older sister's business."
Hermione listened with a beaming smile.
"That makes sense. Having someone to protect you certainly makes things much easier." Draco nodded a few times.
Hermione glared at him, signaling him to stop making a fuss, but she couldn't help but smile.
Gabrielle, however, became more and more serious, putting her hands on her hips and looking at Pheobe: "I just think, wouldn't it be great to be like Hermione, with Draco protecting you!"
Pheobe was completely at a loss after her sister's words, and could only shake her head with a helpless smile.
" Xiao Buli, no other man is as capable as your Draco. He can use magic and protect people."
"Draco said confidently."
"Stop trying to glorify yourself. Have some shame!" Hermione retorted without hesitation.
"I'm telling the truth," Draco laughed. "Otherwise, who was it that was being targeted just now, and I had to save the day?"
Gabrielle was very supportive, nodding vigorously and saying earnestly, "Yes! Draco is the best! He's better than any other boy I've ever met!"
"You two, you can always be arguing wherever you go," Pheobe said, laughing at her sister and Draco.
