Seeing that the situation was hopeless, in order to save his life, Ranrok deliberately dissipated the violent black and red energy around him, transforming back into his thin, hunched Goblin form.
Its right hand trembled as it removed the ancient Mithril armor, while its left hand was completely severed, the wound still oozing blackish-red energy stains.
"A wise man submits to circumstances," Draco sneered. "With your paltry skills, you dare to claim to be the final boss? You'd better train in Azkaban for another five years."
Ranrok listened with a face full of humiliation.
But it looked at the still-humming wand in Draco's hand, and then at its own mutilated body.
Ultimately, he dared not speak out against his anger, and could only swallow his bitterness, hanging his head and remaining silent.
Draco leaped out of the Rune Titan's body.
" Confringo!"
The seemingly indestructible ancient armor was blown to pieces.
He then remounted his broom, grabbed Ranrok by the back of his collar, and Depulso towards the exit.
The instant Draco left, the unleashed Fiendfyre Dragon roared and flung the rune warrior off its back into the deep pit.
Its enormous body soared into the air and began to frantically devour the emotional energy drifting in the air. With each bite, the black flames between its scales deepened, gradually showing a tendency to turn dark red.
Draco carried Ranrok back to the ground, returning to Hermione and Professor Babbling's side.
"I must say, Draco, you were incredibly well-prepared this time," Professor Babbling exclaimed sincerely. "The broom really came in handy this time!"
"And that shield combined with the Summoning Charm just now was a textbook example of creative application! How did you come up with that?" Hermione, her face full of admiration.
"Basic stuff, nothing special." Draco casually tossed his hair. "It's just a small matter."
With that, he threw Ranrok to the ground.
The two were speechless at his description of Versailles.
"I only knew that ' Protego ' was for defense before, I didn't know it could be used like this?" Hermione couldn't help but reminisce.
"I just tried it out casually, and the results were surprisingly good," Draco said, surprising everyone.
"Wait a minute, you said you'd give it a try?" she demanded, hands on her hips. "You're using us as Professor Babbling?! What if that energy ball comes hurtling over here?!"
"If it doesn't work..." Draco chuckled.
Then he reached out and tugged at Hermione's cheek, saying:
"Then I'll have to think of another way to save you. I can't just let my wife say goodbye to this world, can I?"
"You rascal!" Hermione blushed and slapped his hand away, scolding, "Don't use us as guinea pigs next time!"
"Yes, my dear wife!"
Professor Babbling watched the young couple flirting in this setting and couldn't help but shake her head with a smile.
"I've never seen anything like it! I never imagined that spells could be used in this way," Professor Babbling exclaimed.
" Draco, your control over your shield and the power of your Summoning Charm are ridiculously strong. This is something that can't be taught in a regular Hogwarts course."
" Professor Babbling, you're a professor, why are you making such a fuss more than the students?" Draco said helplessly.
"This is nothing to be surprised about?!" Professor Babbling retorted, raising her voice. "What you've 'pictured up' is enough to write ten top-tier academic papers on magic!"
"Um... did you guys forget something?" Ranrok, who had been left aside, weakly interjected, "That Fiendfyre is still absorbing energy up there. Once it absorbs all the energy, this space will collapse, and Hogwarts will be threatened!"
The three of them turned to look at the center of the Repository at the same time, and sure enough, the Fiendfyre Chinese dragon had expanded to an astonishing size.
"Oh, so you've already laid down your weapons and become a saint?" Draco sneered. "A major villainous boss is actually starting to care about the safety of Hogwarts?"
Ranrok sighed deeply, looking at Draco with a helpless expression. "With a morally bankrupt righteous person like you around, I have no choice but to accept it... I can't beat you in a fight, and I can't run away. I can only pray that everyone survives."
Hermione and Professor Babbling couldn't help but laugh; they never expected that this fierce-looking Goblin would one day admit defeat.
"That sounds plausible," Draco smiled noncommittally. "You don't need to worry about it. I can summon Fiendfyre; I'll naturally find a way to deal with it."
"Don't hit my face yet! Look at that Fiendfyre, it's approaching my dragon form!" Ranrok said alarmingly.
"Shut up," Draco said impatiently.
" Silencio!" A silver spell ring instantly sealed Ranrok's mouth, leaving it only able to make muffled "uh-uh-uh" sounds.
"Exactly, they're already prisoners and they still dare to talk nonsense."
Hermione nodded in agreement.
"Alright, it seems these narrow-minded fools won't stop until they've seen enough," Draco said. "Today, I'll show you my true power."
He suddenly brandished his wand, pointing it at the enormous Fiendfyre in the sky, and roared:
" Water-Fire Transformation!"
The Fiendfyre in mid-air was instantly enveloped in soft blue light, and the raging flames transformed into a rushing water dragon, exploding with a deafening roar.
It transformed into a vast curtain of water, falling like a torrential downpour, extinguishing all the restless sparks in the space.
"Wait, some residual emotional energy hasn't dissipated; it's condensed at the central point and seems unstable," Professor Babbling astutely pointed out after the rain stopped.
"Watch this." Draco confidently waved his wand, shooting out a steady beam of blue light that guided the remaining energy to converge.
But after only a few seconds, he suddenly stopped moving.
"What's wrong?" Hermione asked.
After several seconds, Draco finally managed to stammer, "... Um, I'm a bit nervous... Those moves just now used up a lot of mana."
"Serves you right for being so stubborn!" Hermione sighed, then raised her wand and joined the fray.
" Powerful Convergence!"
"Me too!" Professor Babbling reacted quickly, waving her wand and adding, " Stabilizing Barrier!"
The three magical forces intertwined, finally suppressing and gradually sealing away the unstable emotional energies...
Just as the three were focused on sealing the seal, Ranrok, whose mouth had been sealed, took advantage of the moment when everyone's attention was diverted, slipped away, and tried to sneak into a dark corner.
"Trying to run away?"
Draco swiftly drew another wand from inside his robes, pointed it at Ranrok's retreating figure, and shouted:
" Incarcerous!"
The tip of the wand shot out ropes that bound Ranrok tightly.
"So you were up to no good at all! All that talk about showing concern for Hogwarts was just a ploy to slip away! But you didn't expect this, did you? I have two wands."
Young Rookwood, accompanied by a dozen or so menacing-looking dark wizards, blocked the middle of the passage, surrounding the three men and the bound Ranrok.
"Didn't expect that, did you, Young Malfoy?" Young Rookwood.'s tone was full of confident arrogance. "I told you long ago—who will have the last laugh is still uncertain!"
