"At least your husband is reliable." Draco chuckled and pinched her cheek. "After seeing all these people's emotional entanglements, don't you feel... a little more fortunate?"

"Stop being so narcissistic." Hermione slapped his hand away in disgust.

"Let's watch a food show. Those quiz shows with all that noise and excitement are bad for sleeping." Hermione switched to the food channel.

Food programs not only allow viewers to learn about local specialties, but also help them relax and fall asleep peacefully in a soothing atmosphere.

The scene shifts to a close-up of cooking, with oil sizzling in the pan, and the host introducing local ingredients in a calm tone.

The two watched a food program for a while, letting the TV continue playing, and before they knew it, they had fallen asleep.

About half an hour later, Hermione woke up groggily.

Although still a little sleepy, Hermione knew that sleeping too long during the afternoon nap was bad, as it would make her head feel groggy when she woke up. Finding Draco still with his eyes closed, Hermione gently nudged him to get up.

"Get up, or your head will spin."

Draco slowly opened his eyes, and once his head had adjusted, the two got up, straightened their clothes, and left the room. Trillian was already sitting on the living room sofa. Seeing them come out, she asked, "Young Master, what are the plans for this afternoon?"

"I want to visit the Ilvermorny Magic Library. I can take this opportunity to browse through the magical literature from the Americas, compare the differences between the two magical systems, and supplement my knowledge," Hermione said, revealing her long-planned scheme.

"Then I'll go and find out where in the underworld we can find information about the new Werewolf. I'm very familiar with this area, so you can go to the library without worry," Trillian said casually.

She knew Draco would most likely accompany Hermione to the library, and as a Muggle-born thief, she had no way of getting into such a purely magical place. So she decided to take a different approach, using her strengths and having some fun along the way.

"There's a lot of truth here, so be careful. That's enough for now. We'll go deeper together tonight."

"Don't worry, young master." Trillian grinned, "I finally managed to get on your good side, how could I not value my life? I've been to this place many times, there won't be any problems."

"Oh, right, here you go." Draco pulled an exquisite silver-gray wristband from his pocket and tossed it to Trillian.

Trillian caught it and examined it from all angles:

"What's this?"

As she spoke, she tentatively slipped the wristband onto her wrist.

The wristband automatically contracts upon contact with the skin, perfectly conforming to the contours of her wrist, and is difficult to fall off even after shaking it a few times.

Trillian shook her hand again and rotated her wrist. She couldn't feel any constriction while wearing it; it was only slightly noticeable.

"Wristband, can't you tell?"

Trillian turned her wrist over and over, examining it with increasing confusion. "Young Master, you're not just giving me a wristband, are you?"

"Do you see the interfaces at both ends?" Draco asked.

"I see... these two interfaces can be disconnected, right?" Trillian touched the connection points at both ends of the interface.

"That interface is what summons me. As long as you disconnect it, I'll know you're calling me, and once the coordinates are established, I can teleport to your side." Draco pointed to the other side, "The other interface is a shield—disconnecting it will create a shield to protect you, ensuring your safety until I arrive."

After listening to Draco's explanation, Trillian's eyes lit up, and she excitedly gripped her wrist. "Young Master, this is..."

"That's right." Draco nodded slightly.

"Thank you, young master!" Trillian looked at the wristband as if it were a priceless treasure, inwardly marveling at its beauty.

I knew I hadn't chosen the wrong big shot!

Just look at how the young master treats Hermione; even if you're of lower status, you'll still receive such care.

She'd met many people, and even had second and third wives, but 100% of them were just playing around. Who would casually give away something as vital as a life-saving item? She never expected to encounter such an oddball as this young master; he was truly a rare and exceptional man, one in a million!

Seeing her staring blankly with a silly grin on her face, Draco waved the fan in front of her eyes. When she didn't react, he shook her shoulder.

Trillian suddenly snapped out of her daze, "What's wrong?"

"What are you thinking about? You're so engrossed, are you in heat?"

"Yes, I was just starting to send it when you interrupted me, young master."

"Shameless!" Hermione cursed mercilessly, then added coldly, "Even if I were in heat, you wouldn't get a share."

Trillian looked at Hermione, then took a step closer with a grin. " Hermione, don't be so heartless. If you're eating meat, at least give me some soup—if you're eating the big head, give me some of the small head too."

"Hey, hey, hey, don't go on the highway." Draco sensed the conversation was veering in a dangerous direction and quickly interrupted Trillian.

Hermione understood the ambiguity in his words, blushed, and retorted, "What kind of nonsense is in Trillian's head?!"

"Alright, alright, let's not talk about that anymore," Draco interrupted promptly. "The bracers can be used three times, and after that you need to recharge them. Try the shield first and see if it works."

"Okay." Trillian responded expectantly, then pinched the connector at one end of the shield and pried it open.

With a soft sound, a layer of white light membrane suddenly unfolded around her, forming an oval shield that enveloped her. The surface of the shield faintly emitted magical fluctuations.

Trillian tried poking the inner wall of the shield with her fingertip and found it to be indestructible. She punched it again, but it didn't budge.

"It works great!" Trillian was very satisfied. She pressed the connector back in, and the shield dissipated. "This thing is much stronger than the defensive items I brought. Young Master's products are indeed top-notch."

Draco reached out and placed his hand on Trillian's wristband, a faint blue light emanating from his fingertips as he recharged her energy. As he did so, he cautioned, "Only three times, don't use them recklessly."

"It's alright," Trillian said confidently. "Even if the shield runs out, there's still the summoning function! If we really run into trouble, I'll just call the young master over to save the day and cover for me."

"Don't use summons recklessly," Draco glanced at her helplessly and warned, "If you misuse them and I come over and find nothing wrong..."

"So what?" Trillian's eyes lit up, and she deliberately leaned closer. "Is Young Master going to punish me? How will he punish me?"

"Your wristbands will be confiscated," Hermione said coldly.

" Hermione, you're too cruel!" Trillian stopped giggling.

"Alright, go play by yourself." Draco, too lazy to say anything more to her, waved his hand—a normal conversation always went awry with her, and if he kept going, who knew where it would veer off to. "I'm going to the magic library with Hermione."

"Mmm!" Trillian seemed carefree, happily responding before continuing to fiddle with the wristband on her wrist.

With his worries resolved, Draco took Hermione's hand, gathered magic beneath his feet, and the two vanished from the spot. When they reappeared, they were standing on the edge of the Forbidden Forest at Mount Greylock.
