Ye Qiubai joined the Falling Goose Sect, defeated Su Mingshui, and helped the sect destroy the Vast Sea Sect after their escalating conflict. He then left with Mu Ziqing and Xiao Hei, while Mu Fusheng quietly earned his Heaven Talisman Master badge in Talisman City.
Mu Fusheng reclaimed Tian Ming’s markets, proved himself at the Holy Talisman Grand Ceremony, and helped lead an alliance against the Evil Domain. After Lu Changsheng’s projection saved the group and Mu Fusheng’s father was freed, the story left the brothers investigating a brazen thief in Boundless Imperial City.
Ye Qiubai, Mu Fusheng, and Xiao Hei entered the Starry Sky Mystic Realm to find Shi Sheng, uncovering a plot that led to the Star Divine Hall’s destruction. The group split up afterward, while Lu Changsheng negotiated with the Dark Domain for clues to Star Essence.
Lu Changsheng obtained the Star Essence from the Immortal Realm and gave it to Shi Sheng, while learning that the six realms faced a great tribulation. He set his disciples on paths to grow stronger, Mu Wan'er became his disciple, and Hong Ying began expanding the Cloud Phoenix Empire as Mu Fusheng prepared to enter the Holy Talisman Ancestral Land.
Mu Fusheng gained the Holy Talisman Ancestral Land’s brush and inheritance, while Xiao Hei and Ye Qiubai prepared for the Ten Thousand Domains Grand Competition. At the competition, Ye Qiubai defeated Zhan Tianxing, and Mu Fusheng killed three Boundless Sect disciples after breaking their formation.
Mu Fusheng, Xiao Hei, and Ye Qiubai led their factions through the finals, defeating powerful opponents to secure places in Severed Soul City. The arc ended with Ye Qiubai facing Su Muyou in a clash between his enormous sword and her awakened cauldron.
After Heavenly Sword Peak won the Ten Thousand Domains Grand Competition, Severed Soul City opened and Ye Qiubai, Mu Fusheng, and Xiao Hei faced dangerous soul trials and inheritance battles. Ye Qiubai won the Immortal Sword inheritance, while Xiao Hei resisted Pan Xie’s assault and forced him to flee.
Xiao Hei, Ye Qiubai, and their allies advanced through Severed Soul City as Avici Purgatory freed the Purgatory Ancestor and targeted Xiao Hei’s body. Lu Changsheng rescued and transformed Little Bird, then dealt with the Jin Family’s attack on her and Xiao Shitou. The arc ended with Yuezheng Chi entering Demon King City to propose an assault on Purgatory City.
Ye Qiubai and his companions entered Nebula City’s cultivation tower to grow strong enough to face Avici Purgatory, while its forces occupied Demon King City and eventually found them. The arc ended with Ye Qiubai and his companions battling Pan Xie’s transformed fighters as Mu Fusheng’s lightning advanced toward Dao Law.
Xiao Hei awakened a soul fragment and helped Ye Qiubai and their companions defeat Qi Shadao, then the group uncovered a plot to control the cultivators who claimed Severed Soul City’s reward. The story left them absorbing purified soul essence while Lu Changsheng reunited with his disciples and began helping Hong Ying fuse the powers of the realms.
Lu Changsheng helped Hong Ying form the Power of the Latitude, while the Mid-Latitude Realm’s factions struggled with Qi Shadao’s schemes and Avici Purgatory’s return. After Mu Wan’er was harassed by a Hehuan Sect disciple, Hong Ying fought the sect’s elders and Mu Fusheng ambushed them as they fled.
Mu Fusheng and the Cottage disciples prepared for Qi Shadao’s schemes, fought Avici Purgatory’s assassins, and entered the Tianjin Chamber of Commerce’s information auction. The Holy Talisman Sect won a clue connected to the High-Latitude Realm, while the group remained wary of the Chamber’s ties and Shi Sheng was pushed toward Zi Shan.
Ye Qiubai’s group pursued the Sword God’s inheritance, and Ye completed its trials and received the Sword Dao legacy. They then entered the Dragon Blood Demon Abyss, where Qi Shadao’s forces trapped them and Zi Shan uncovered the Tianjin elders’ betrayal.
As the Cottage disciples faced Qi Shadao and the Demon King Domain’s nine God Kings, Lu Changsheng arrived and erased their enemies before leaving for the High-Latitude Realm. The disciples continued cultivating while Lu Changsheng prepared to pursue the Heart of Space at the Hao Tian Banquet.
Lu Changsheng and his companions entered the Hao Tian Banquet, defeated the Primordial Divine Thunder Hall, and helped Divine Lord Hao Tian break through while exposing rival spies. After returning to Mortal Village, Lu Changsheng learned that the Heart of Space had appeared in the Ancestral Emperor Domain and set out to pursue it.
Lu Changsheng took the Heart of Space from the Divine Lord factions and brought his disciples to the Immortal Realm, where they trained at Fen Yan Valley and he cured Fen Yan. As the seal on the Evil Devil Domain weakened, Lu Changsheng gathered materials to reinforce it and accepted Fang Qiong as a disciple before discussing the threat with the Immortal Emperor.
Lu Changsheng restored the Heaven-Suppressing Pagoda and helped Shi Sheng inherit it, while Fang Qiong began cultivating with the Cottage. At Immortal Affinity Heaven-Reaching Mountain, the disciples overcame successive trials and reached a guardian challenge.
Lu Changsheng’s disciples completed the Immortal Affinity Heavenly Pool trial before returning to rescue the Low-Latitude Realm from the Departed Soul Spirit Palace. After further cultivation, Xiao Hei and three companions investigated spreading dark demonic Qi and joined the defense of Xingning City.
Ye Qiubai, Fang Qiong, Mu Fusheng, and Xiao Hei survived the beast tides and a series of confrontations with the Demon King Domain, while Xiao Hei reclaimed the Devil God Dark Armor. After learning of a dragon vein in the Heavenly River Star Region, the group split up to join rival forces and compete for access to it.
Xiao Hei entered the Dragon Vein, uncovered the power of his bloodline, and became the target of rival factions after claiming its greatest treasure. Lu Changsheng rescued his disciples, destroyed the three attacking factions, helped Ji Qianyao advance, and left for the Dark Domain as an Immortal Realm crisis approached.
