Inside the command post, the general was still shouting into the microphone.
" Yamato, proceed immediately to the Tokyo battlefield for support! That's an order!"
"The enemy is expanding their destructive range! Do you hear me? Respond immediately!"
The technician adjusted the channel and cautiously reminded him, "Um, General, the Yamato has turned off its communicator; it can't hear what you're saying."
There was a moment of silence in the command center.
"That coward!"
Above the ruins of Tokyo, the golden beam of light collided once more with the black and red madman.
Shockwave spread outwards in concentric circles, causing the ground to shake violently. The few remaining buildings collapsed one after another, bottomless cracks spread across the streets, and dark red magma gushed from underground, slowly flowing along the ruins.
Katyusha hovered in mid-air, her arms raised high, golden light continuously emanating from her body.
"Die, you monster!"
The pillar of light in front of her suddenly expanded.
Chen Mo crossed his arms, black and red energy covering the surface of his armor and flowing slowly along his arms. The beam of light struck his body, the immense force forcing him to slide backward.

The terrifying beam of light blasted a deep trench in the ground, instantly turning the remaining streets along its path into molten fragments.
