Man and machine were locked in an utterly awkward deadlock.

Rimuru beat the Destroyer one-sidedly, every punch landing, every move a critical hit. His damage was maxed out, but the results were zero.

The Destroyer took a beating the whole time, endured the worst blows, and quickly counterattacked after reviving. It couldn't so much as touch Rimuru, but it would never fall.

The scene was bizarre and comical.

He could hit it, blast it apart, and hammer it flat, but he just couldn't kill it.

Although the Destroyer was beaten one-sidedly throughout and had no power to fight back, its unstoppable self-healing kept it standing. It stubbornly launched attack after attack, making it the most dedicated worker on the battlefield.

It reminded Rimuru of that guy Abomination. Those two really were something else.

My magnificent high-tech armor combines Transformers and Galactron technology, with Kamar-Taj magic added on top. As long as I don't face those bug-level monsters, you could say I'm hard to beat.

Abomination is a monster with incredible recovery. No matter how he's beaten, he can recover. He's a pure battle maniac-he's practically afraid of not getting a fight.

This hunk of metal in front of me has the same unlimited recovery and doesn't even feel pain. It's definitely not afraid of a beating.

High above, Loki finally lost it. The smugness on his face shattered, leaving only incredulous fury.

He had imagined Rimuru exhausting his strength, losing, and dying on the spot. Instead, it had turned into this absurd stalemate!

One couldn't be killed, and the other couldn't win. What should have been a sure-kill hunt had become a mind-numbingly dull battle of attrition!

"Trash! All of you are trash!" Loki gripped Gungnir and growled through clenched teeth, wishing he could go down and control the Destroyer
