Bruce looked at the woman in front of him; the cunning glint in her eyes was almost overflowing.

He paused for a moment, then said, "There's no need for that right now."

He then extended an invitation to Selene: "I'll be waiting for you at the manor tomorrow night. Alfred invites you to have dinner with us."

Selene tilted her head, and the Bat Tuotuo above her head tilted as well, making a "chirp?" sound.

"Well, Gotham's pretty peaceful right now anyway," she said, then changed the subject, "But I don't think tomorrow's a good time, now's fine."

Bruce looked at her without saying a word.

Selene extended a hand covered in claws and gently drew a circle on his chest. Then, she opened her arms and said with a smile, "Come on, my dear husband, Bruce."

Bruce said nothing, but simply put one arm around her waist and pulled the trigger of the grappling hook with the other.

With a soft "whoosh," the two disappeared from the edge of the rooftop like phantoms in the night.

The next second, they landed steadily next to a black armored vehicle.

The Batmobile started, its engine emitting a deep roar, and headed towards the Batcave.

On the other side, at the Wayne Manor.

Thor was sitting at the long dining table, enjoying the delicious meal that Alfred had prepared especially for him.

This old housekeeper always manages to make food that brings joy using the simplest ingredients.

Alfred strode forward with elegant steps, bowed slightly, and asked, "Sir, would you like some whiskey?"

Thor wiped his mouth with a napkin and waved his hand. "Not for now. You know, Alfred, I only drink a little when I'm in a bad mood."

Alfred nodded, a genuine smile on his face. "Yes, sir. I imagine you must be very pleased to hear that Young Master Bruce is getting married."

Thor picked up his knife and fork, cut off a small piece of steak, and slowly put it into his mouth.

"I'm happy," he said slowly, "But Bruce almost let his fiancée run away. You know, during the years I was away, I couldn't say much to him."

That's half true and half false.

He was genuinely happy, but he really couldn't stand Bruce's emotional intelligence, which was comparable to a black hole in the universe.

Alfred smiled and said, "Then I will convey your concern."

He knew very well that although the resurrected Mr. Thomas was extremely domineering, his concern for Young Master Bruce was genuine.

Just then, Thor paused.

He sensed that a special communicator, which was rarely used, suddenly rang in his personal space.

That's Valeria's exclusive route.

Thor made no attempt to hide it from Alfred; right in front of him, he made a gesture in the air, and a uniquely shaped silver-white communicator appeared in his hand.

The screen lit up, displaying Valeria's name.

Upon seeing this, a barely perceptible look of surprise flashed in Alfred's eyes, but he quickly regained his composure.

He tactfully bowed slightly and stepped aside, as if he hadn't seen anything.

In his heart, however, he thought to himself, "The master's methods are truly unfathomable."

This ability to conjure objects out of thin air completely exceeded his understanding of physics.

Thor, holding the communicator, walked to the French windows on the balcony.

He pressed the answer button.

After a soft "beep," Valeria's calm and efficient voice immediately rang out.

" Thor, I've ruled out most of the multiverse, using the properties of the Tenth Metal for screening. I've now found a location that completely rejects the Tenth Metal and is filled with fear and all sorts of negative energy."

Looking out at the tranquil night view of the Wayne Manor, Thor casually asked, "How many places are there in total?"

Valeria on the other end of the communicator seemed to frown, her voice carrying a hint of seriousness. "There are quite a few, more than thirty of varying sizes, mostly located in decaying or already destroyed universes, with some hidden within dimensional rifts, and perhaps some of them are special regions similar to the Knowhere."

She paused for a moment, then added, "But I can only provide location information; you'll need to go and investigate in person for the specifics."

Thor immediately understood.

These places are very likely the strongholds of Mephisto and his cronies.

"Send me the coordinates," he said. "Once things are settled here, I'll deal with the Council of Kangs and Mephisto's gang."

"Should we notify Emma Frost and send some squads to investigate?" Valeria asked again.

Thor for a moment.

These places are fraught with unknown dangers; sending an ordinary small team there would be suicide.

We must send some influential people.

Several candidates flashed through his mind, and he immediately gave the order, "Alright. Notify the Dark Supreme Doctor Strange, whose smoky makeup makes him look like he's been mining coal, as well as the Classic Loki and Kara, and have the three of them each lead an elite squad to scout ahead."

He specifically emphasized Doctor Strange's makeup.

"Remember, this is just reconnaissance," Thor's tone became serious. "If anything arises that they can't handle, report to me immediately. Don't act on your own."

"Okay." Valeria replied readily and then hung up the call.

Thor put away his communicator and looked out the window.

The moonlight shone on the lawn of the manor, and everything seemed so peaceful.

But beneath this peaceful facade lies a crisis brewing throughout the multiverse.

The Council of Kangs, Mephisto, now has a host of unknown threats lurking in the shadows.

It seems my leisurely vacation is going to end sooner than I expected.

Just as he was pondering these things, a familiar engine sound came from afar.

It's the Batmobile.

Thor's lips curled into a slight smile.

It seems his adopted son has already brought his wife home.

This is going to be interesting.
