Zhou Qing’s simulations carried him from a prisoner in the World Prison to a Pure Yang True Immortal, a disciple of Dao Father Carefree, and the Great Emperor of Fengdu. After discovering Immortal Duohe was enslaved in the Netherworld, Zhou Qing confronted and killed Bai Qi, drawing the notice of powerful figures.
Zhou Qing advanced his cultivation, mastered Time and Space, and survived a simulation in which he was lost in the Realm Ruins before being rescued by the King of Nine Directions. He later entered the Moonlit Pool, defeated the Snowfiend and Purgatory God, and set out for Ten Thousand Mountains Island as its inhabitants warned of a coming crisis.
Zhou Qing crossed Moonlit Pool, gained new techniques and strength, then returned to the Three Realms as the great tribulation approached. He saved the Netherworld from the Seamless Gate and left its leaders preparing to respond.
Zhou Qing strengthened his cultivation, revealed his overwhelming power on the Second Battlefield, and uncovered the scale of Elder Yuan’s influence. He ended the arc by choosing Ji Ning as his disciple at the Fengdu City ceremony.
