After Li Wenyue died in a clash of soul-control powers and the North Sea Domain’s dangers drew nearer, Ning Chuan became a Heavenly King and launched another ambush, killing Mu Cangyuan before fleeing wounded.

• Ning Chuan disguised himself, infiltrated the Blood Curtain Plateau, and killed Mu Cangyuan and Qiu Yanghui before escaping the Heavenly Kings pursuing him.
