• Mu Sheng explained that the Heavenly Dragon Horse retained the bloodline of a Radiant Sacred Dragon and that its light-attribute Soul Ring could give a Blue Lightning Tyrant Dragon a chance to evolve.

As they entered the city, Mu Sheng searched the crowds for familiar future students but found none and wondered whether his presence had changed the story.
