Hu Liena hosted Wang Xiaoming and his companions for a victory meal, where she told them the Spirit Hall had destroyed the Fallen Soul Masters’ lair but that Si Kewei had died pursuing the escaped Fallen Soul Saint. She invited Wang Xiaoming and Wang Dong'er to visit the Spirit Hall so the Pope could reward them for their contributions.

• Hu Liena welcomed Wang Xiaoming, Zhu Meiyu, and Wang Dong'er to a private victory meal, where Xie Yue and Yan joined them despite their injuries.
• Hu Liena reported that the Spirit Hall had wiped out the Fallen Soul Masters’ lair and searched the city, but had found Si Kewei’s mutilated head outside its walls.
• Hu Liena explained that Si Kewei had likely pursued the escaped Fallen Soul Saint and been killed, leaving the Spirit Hall fearful that the enemy might return.

Wang Xiaoming declined Hu Liena’s invitation to visit Spirit Hall with Wang Dong’er, but agreed to meet her in Spirit City during the next Continental Advanced Soul Master Tournament. After returning to Heaven Dou City, he was visited by Ye Lingling, who had just come back as well.

Wang Xiaoming reunited with Ye Lingling, then returned with her to Heaven Dou Royal Academy, where Dugu Yan confronted him about his promise to treat her and her grandfather’s poison. He took Dugu Yan to find Senior Dugu, while Ye Lingling stayed behind to wait for him.

• Wang Xiaoming teased Ye Lingling about missing him, and the two went into a room together.
