Wang Hao entered the martial world of The Smiling, Proud Wanderer, saved Dongfang Bai, and began growing his swordsmanship while pursuing the system’s quests. After destroying the Black Tiger Gang and rescuing Qing'er, he sent her and Wu Tai south to build a trading company as he prepared to continue his journey.

• Wang Hao possessed a swordsman in the aftermath of the massacre of Dongfang Bai’s family, saved the wounded Dongfang Bai, and earned Fortune Points by helping her recover.
• Wang Hao joined Leader Zhao’s assassin organization, awakened True Spirit Sword Intent, and learned the Ten Stances of Bloody Battle from Dugu Qiubai.
• Wang Hao forged a greatsword with Wu Tai, then killed Wang Heihu and attacked the Black Tiger Gang to rescue Qing'er.
• Wang Hao and Qing'er found Wang Heihu’s hidden treasure chamber, escaped the burning compound with Wu Tai, and prepared carts for a breakout.
• Wang Hao broke through the city gate, defeated Yu Wu and his ten deathsworn, and led the dogs in wiping out nearly all of the Black Tiger Gang.

Wang Hao joined Blood Wind Hall, trained his martial arts, and defeated a succession of challengers while winning wagers from rival halls. After meeting Dongfang Bai in disguise, he learned the emperor had ordered the Dongfang Lineage massacre and prepared to face three allied halls.

• Wang Hao persuaded Leader Zhao to take responsibility for the Black Tiger Gang’s destruction, then impressed him by reproducing several sword techniques after seeing them once.
• Wang Hao awakened his Object Storage bloodline ability, joined Blood Wind Hall, and secured martial arts manuals and medicinal meals to support his training.
• Wang Hao mastered the Golden Bell Shield and fought Han Long’s men, while Zhao Fengxue arranged a life-and-death challenge for him.
• Wang Hao killed rival hall fighters who had injured Blood Wind Hall assassins, then defeated Yang Lianting and the other challengers in a series of fights.

Wang Hao defeated Han Long, then left the capital to hunt Tian Boguang and destroy the wokou on Peach Blossom Island. After rescuing the captives, he explored Huang Yaoshi’s tomb and began organizing the women into a new martial arts inheritance.

• Wang Hao defeated Han Long in their death match, and Zhao Fengxue killed Han Long when he fled for help.
• Wang Hao left the capital to hunt Tian Boguang, tracked him for over a month, and killed him with one strike.
• Wang Hao joined Lin Zhennan to attack the wokou on Peach Blossom Island, killed the pirate chief and his forces, and rescued the captive women.
• Wang Hao asked Lin Zhennan to trade the island’s plunder for supplies and followed Xiao Mengmeng’s directions to a hidden tomb beneath a grave.
• Wang Hao discovered Huang Yaoshi’s martial arts manuals and sealed the crystal coffin holding Huang Yaoshi’s wife.
• Wang Hao appointed Yushu to lead the rescued women, promised to create martial arts for them, and memorized the tomb’s secret manuals and bamboo slips.

Wang Hao forged weapons for Peach Blossom Island, learned the Nine Swords of Dugu, and joined 9527 in pursuing Yang Jingzhong. He infiltrated Five Wheels Temple and overheard Yang Jingzhong’s plan to help the steppe forces overthrow the Great Ming, as High Person Linghui realized something was wrong.

• Wang Hao sent copied martial arts manuals to Dongfang Bai, then helped Zhou Xueyi avenge her father by killing Feng Lun and escaping Hangzhou through a treasure tunnel.
• Wang Hao forged swords for the women of Peach Blossom Island and made Zhou Xueyi the Startled Dragon Divine Spear, while Dongfang Bai received the manuals and recognized Wang Hao’s handwriting.
• Wang Hao trained the women against Japanese pirate techniques, gave Zhou Xueyi new cultivation instructions, and left Peach Blossom Island, but a tornado wrecked his boat and swept him ashore.
• Wang Hao visited Mount Hua to copy the Five Mountains Sword Sect techniques, met Feng Qingyang, and learned the Nine Swords of Dugu after Feng Qingyang gave him the Primordial Chaos Palm Art manuscript.
• Wang Hao reunited with 9527 and joined the mission to capture Yang Jingzhong, whom they suspected of selling military supplies to the grassland tribes.
• Yang Jingzhong escaped the burning Gobi inn with the cavalry and High Person Linghui, while Wang Hao stopped Yue Buqun from attacking and allowed Dingzhen to join him.
• Wang Hao and Dingzhen followed the cavalry to Great Snow Mountain, where Wang Hao infiltrated Five Wheels Temple disguised as a steppe warrior.
