Her loyalty outweighs her concern for her own safety: when the other students retreat, she stays behind rather than leave Shui Yuehua to face three Soul Beasts alone. Star Dou Great Forest Rescue
Shui Bing'er accompanies Shui Yuehua and other Skywater Academy students on a Soul Ring hunting expedition. When two armored beasts and a roughly 1,300–1,400-year-old Space-Rending Moon Wolf attack, she remains behind to help cover the students' retreat. Unable to restrain the wolf, she is cornered and nearly struck by its crescent wind blade. Xiao Xuan intercepts the attack with his jade spear and subsequently kills the beast; Shui Bing'er emerges unharmed 24 25.
She and Shui Yuehua then guard Xiao Xuan while he absorbs the wolf's Soul Ring. Afterward, she formally introduces herself and travels with him and her teacher to the supply town 25 26.
Banquet and Farewell
At Shui Yuehua's thank-you banquet, Shui Bing'er sits beside Xiao Xuan and quietly watches him. Gratitude for saving her life also prompts Shui Yuehua to offer him a recommendation to Heaven Dou Royal Academy 26.
