Toji forged an alliance with Ju Zi, then pushed his strength toward godhood by fighting Di Tian. When the Sun Moon Empire invaded the continent, Toji returned to Mingdu to confront Xu Tianran and battled the palace defenders and Holy Spirit Cult.

• Toji destroyed Jing Hongchen’s ambush at the underground treasury, spared him, and infiltrated the imperial palace to meet Ju Zi.
• Toji and Ju Zi formed a secret alliance, and he sabotaged Kong Deming’s research institute while Ju Zi strengthened her influence at court.
• Toji left Ju Zi and told Du Busi he would give her five years to take control of the empire before killing Xu Tianran.
• Toji challenged Di Tian in the Star Dou Great Forest, broke through to Level 97, and defeated him with his vicious blade.

Toji survived the destruction of Mingdu, killed Xu Tianran, and tore through the Clear Sky Sect and its two guardian beasts as the Sun Moon Empire conquered most of the continent. As Huo Yuhao became Toji’s next challenge and Ju Zi reunited with Toji, the arc left Kong Deming gravely injured after Huo Yuhao defeated him.

• Ye Xishui and Long Xiaoyao unleashed their strongest attacks against Toji, but he survived them and the palace’s trap of compressed Level 9 shells, then escaped the Destruction space.
• Toji killed Xu Tianran and the Level 9 Soul Engineers, while Ju Zi assumed control of the Sun Moon Empire and declared war on the other empires.
• The Sun Moon Empire invaded Heaven Dou, Dou Ling, and Star Luo, while Toji refused to join the war and went to destroy the Clear Sky Sect.
• Toji massacred the Clear Sky Sect’s defenders and defeated Tai Tan and Niu Tian, killing both after they transformed and fought him together.
• Toji returned to find that Heaven Dou and Dou Ling had fallen and that Huo Yuhao had stopped the invasion of Star Luo, then set out for Mingdu to face him.
• The God of Emotion ordered Huo Yuhao to kill Toji as the price of inheriting his Godhood, and Huo Yuhao resolved to confront him with Tang Wutong.
• Toji reunited with Ju Zi in Mingdu, and she explained that Huo Yuhao had destroyed Kong Deming’s rank-ten shield and gravely injured him.
• Toji reassured Ju Zi and placed his hand over Kong Deming’s chest as the injured man remained in his life-support pod.

Toji armed himself with Kong Deming’s upgraded Soul Tools and challenged Huo Yuhao, defeating him in a brutal duel. Tang San restored Huo Yuhao, who fused with Tang Wutong for a final attack that froze Toji in golden light, though his defeat remained uncertain.

• Toji restored Kong Deming and persuaded him to forge four Level 10 Soul Tools, then became intimate with Ju Zi as the Sun Moon Empire withdrew from the Ming Dou Mountain Range.
• Huo Yuhao received the title of Nation-Protecting Imperial Preceptor from Xu Jiawei while Kong Deming spent half a year upgrading Toji’s Soul Tools.
• Toji ambushed Huo Yuhao and fought him alone, using his upgraded weapons and physical strength to overcome Huo Yuhao’s techniques and inflict devastating injuries.
• Huo Yuhao summoned the Morning Dew Knife and briefly wounded Toji, but Toji pierced his heart, severed both arms, and killed him by destroying his soul’s origin.
• Tang Wutong attacked Toji, then summoned Tang San, who restored Huo Yuhao’s body, life force, and soul and advised the pair to use Martial Soul Fusion.
• Huo Yuhao and Tang Wutong fused and unleashed their power against Toji, whose breakthrough to Level 99 let him withstand their attacks and form three Soul Cores.
• Huo Yuhao and Tang Wutong burned their souls to unleash Withering Amidst Radiance -- Golden Road, which engulfed Toji in golden light as they believed he had been defeated.

Toji defeated Huo Yuhao, ascended to the Divine Realm, and overcame Tang San in a series of battles. After returning to the mortal world, he reunited with his companions and used the Dragon God’s Heart as his consciousness rose beyond the myriad worlds.

• Toji defeated Huo Yuhao after Huo Yuhao burned his life and soul in a final assault, then accepted the Destruction God King’s offer to ascend to the Divine Realm.
• Toji defeated Dai Mubai and Zhu Zhuqing’s fused Hell White Tiger and Ma Hongjun, then challenged Tang San directly.
• Toji grew stronger through their battle and survived Tang San’s Sea God and Asura attacks before defeating him in a final clash that left them both gravely injured.
• The Destruction God King allowed Toji to pursue his grudge outside the Divine Realm and assigned him and Tang San to investigate energy fluctuations in a remote star region.
