Power Progression

Stage / Realm / Level Chapter Notes
Equipment enhancement: modified Electro Delusion 4 Receives a Delusion modified and charged by Wu Yi. Using it alongside her existing three elemental powers, she fights Scaramouche to a stalemate. This is an equipment upgrade, not a stated realm advancement.

History

Meeting Wu Yi

Lumine and Paimon are beside Teppei on Watatsumi Island when Wu Yi awakens nearby. They witness him restore Teppei’s depleted body and bring him back to life. Lumine vaguely senses Wu Yi drawing something from underground, but does not clearly perceive the soul he retrieves 1.

After exchanging introductions, Lumine watches Wu Yi experiment with Teppei’s surrendered Delusion. Its amplified Electro energy makes her tense: she judges it to exceed the energy she remembers from Childe’s Foul Legacy form 2.

Destruction of the Delusion Factory

Despite Teppei’s survival, Lumine sets out with Paimon to destroy the Fatui’s Delusion factory. Before they leave, Wu Yi gives her a modified Delusion and warns her about Fatui traps. She initially refuses the valuable gift, accepting only after he explains that producing it cost him little 4.

Wu Yi’s warning helps Lumine avoid Scaramouche’s trap. She defeats the factory’s defenders and battles the Harbinger without either side securing victory. Scaramouche withdraws after sensing another arrival, and Yae Miko joins Lumine in destroying the factory. Consequently, Yae does not need to exchange the Electro Gnosis for Lumine’s safety 4.

Yae then invites Lumine to discuss abolishing the Vision Hunt Decree and offers her “anti-Raiden Shogun training.” Lumine reports these developments to Wu Yi and the Resistance by letter 4.

Confrontation at Tenshukaku

Lumine later reports that the Fatui colluded with the Tenryou and Kanjou Commissions to promote the Vision Hunt Decree. She plans to expose the Tenryou Commission’s betrayal publicly, while the Resistance prepares a surprise attack on Tenshukaku 8.

At Tenshukaku, she defeats La Signora in a Duel Before the Throne and witnesses the Raiden Shogun strike the defeated Harbinger down. Lumine leaves the palace visibly unsteady after the battle 8 15 16.

The Shogun attacks her outside the gates, but Kazuha intercepts the killing blow. When the Shogun knocks Kazuha away, Lumine counters with an Electro-infused slash. A spatial rift then swallows both combatants 8.

Lumine has not yet emerged from the Plane of Euthymia when Rosalyne and Wu Yi depart Inazuma. The supplied chapters do not establish the outcome of her confrontation with the Shogun 17.

Appearance

  • Blonde hair: Wu Yi recognizes her as the blonde girl whose travels he once followed in Genshin Impact; Rosalyne also refers to her as “that little blonde” 1 16.

Personality

Lumine is helpful and willing to confront wrongdoing beyond an immediate personal loss. Teppei’s revival does not dissuade her from attacking the factory responsible for distributing the dangerous Delusions 4.

She is also appreciative rather than entitled: she initially considers Wu Yi’s modified Delusion too valuable to accept and thanks him sincerely after his reassurance. Wu Yi characterizes her as quiet, while Paimon frequently voices questions on her behalf 1 4.

Abilities & Skills

Elemental Combat

Lumine possesses three elemental powers by the time she attacks the Delusion factory; Electro is explicitly demonstrated 4 8.

  • Combines her elemental abilities with Wu Yi’s modified Delusion to fight Scaramouche to a stalemate 4.
  • Defeats La Signora in a Duel Before the Throne 16.
  • Summons Electro power for a counterattack against the Raiden Shogun 8.

Supernatural Perception

  • Vaguely senses Wu Yi retrieving something from beneath the ground during Teppei’s resurrection, without clearly seeing the soul itself 1.

Equipment / Items

  • Modified Electro Delusion — Gifted by Wu Yi before the factory assault. Its life-force reservoir supplies the vitality normally consumed from the user, preventing those side effects while the stored supply lasts. The reservoir is finite, though the narration describes its initial charge as sufficient for roughly a thousand fights against Childe 4.

Relationships

  • Paimon — Traveling companion who accompanies her through the Inazuma conflict and often speaks on her behalf 1 4 8.
  • Teppei — Friend in the Watatsumi Resistance; Lumine witnesses his restoration and revival by Wu Yi 1.
  • Wu Yi — Physician and ally whose gift and warning help her confront Scaramouche without falling into his trap. She keeps him informed through letters 4 8.
  • Yae Miko — Collaborator in destroying the Delusion factory and planning opposition to the Vision Hunt Decree; offers specialized training against the Shogun 4.
  • Kaedehara Kazuha — Resistance ally who saves her from the Shogun’s killing strike outside Tenshukaku 8.
  • Scaramouche — Fatui opponent whom she fights to a stalemate at the Delusion factory 4.
  • La Signora / Rosalyne — Opponent defeated in the Duel Before the Throne. Lumine witnesses her execution, making her one of the witnesses Wu Yi must account for when concealing Rosalyne’s resurrection 15 16.
  • Raiden Shogun — Opponent who attempts to kill her outside Tenshukaku and subsequently confronts her inside the Plane of Euthymia 8 17.
