The two people who came out from around the corner stopped at the same time.

They looked exactly like Lin Yuan and Mira, down to the exact same wrinkles in their clothes. The only difference was that their eyes had no pupils, only a layer of grayish-white crystalline light.

The fake Lin Yuan raised the " Nameless ". The sword blade sliced across the rock wall, but instead of the sound of metal rubbing together, it produced a series of fine, crystalline ringing sounds.

Mira glanced at the sword. "You can even copy weapons?"

"Only the appearance."

Before he could finish speaking, the fake Lin Yuan had already rushed in front of him.

Without any probing, it thrust straight forward. Its stride, sword grip, and even the height at which the sword tip was raised all seemed to have been taken directly from Lin Yuan's sword-drawing motion.

Lin Yuan took a half step to the side, and the " Nameless " scroll rose from bottom to top.

The two black swords clashed.

A crisp sound echoed through the canyon. A small chip appeared on the surface of the fake sword, revealing no metal inside, only tightly packed gray crystalline sand.

The fake Lin Yuan smoothly turned his wrist, and the sword swept across Lin Yuan's waist.

It was the same move he used before.

Lin Yuan did not immediately retaliate, but instead blocked several swords in quick succession with the shortest possible movement. The opponent's strength was not weak, and each collision caused rubble to fall from the rock wall, but the sword path always carried a familiar stiffness.

It uses the recorded actions but does not change itself based on collisions.

On the other side, demonic wings made of crystals unfurled from behind the fake Mira, and her arms transformed into claws covered in scales.

A flash of dark red light appeared on Mira's body, and she had successfully Take Over the true Satan Soul. Her black wings suddenly unfurled, and the resulting gust of air swept all the dust from the ground backward.

Both Mira vanished from the spot simultaneously.

boom!

Fists collided head-on, a muffled boom echoing through the canyon. Fake Mira slid back several meters, leaving two deep gashes in her wake. Mira only took half a step back, raising her hand to block the following claw strike, and then turned and kicked her opponent in the side.

The fake Mira crashed into the rock wall, and large crystals broke off from its shoulder.

It felt no pain, nor did it pause; upon landing, it immediately repeated Mira's kick.

Mira raised her arm to block it, her eyes already fixed on Lin Yuan: "It's imitating us."

"It doesn't count as studying."

Lin Yuan parried the fake sword that was coming at him.

The fake Lin Yuan used more movements. It rearranged the parry, thrust, and horizontal slash that it had just recorded, and at first glance, it seemed to be getting closer and closer to Lin Yuan's swordsmanship. However, each change occurred after Lin Yuan's movements.

Too late.

The difference was so small that ordinary people could hardly perceive it, but it was enough for Lin Yuan.

He deliberately slashed down from the right three times in a row. The fake Lin Yuan blocked them one by one, and before the fourth collision, he had already placed his sword horizontally to the right.

Lin Yuan's sword did not fall.

He stopped midway through the Nameless, and only after his opponent completed the parry did he decide on the direction of his sword again.

The black longsword pierced through the fake sword from below and slashed upwards at an angle.

The crystalline body cracked from the left waist to the right shoulder. The fake Lin Yuan still tried to swing his sword, but a large amount of grayish-white crystal sand sprayed out from the crack, and his whole body shattered on the ground.

Mira changed her movements at the same moment.

She first raised her right fist, and the fake Mira, as expected, mimicked her previous response, crossing her arms in front of her. However, dark red magic gathered in Mira's left hand and exploded close to the opponent's unsuspecting abdomen.

The fake Mira was blasted into the air.

Mira caught up with it, slamming it into the ground with a punch.

The cracks all over its body burst open at the same time, and the crystal sand, like water that has lost its support, quickly spread across the surrounding stone ground.

"Simpler than it looks." Mira landed back on the ground, releasing the Satan Soul.

Lin Yuan did not sheath his sword.

The scattered crystal sand is vibrating.

The wind in the canyon had stopped at some point, and the sound of fine sand rubbing against each other came from inside the surrounding rock walls. The crystalline sand on the ground seemed to be attracted, flowing back along the cracks in the rocks and disappearing in the blink of an eye.

The greyish-white light reconverged beneath the rock face ahead.

Two pairs of feet took shape first, followed by the body, weapons, and pupil-less eyes. The shattered fake Lin Yuan and fake Mira stood up again, without any visible injuries.

This time, the fake Lin Yuan's sword-wielding posture had changed.

It adopted the same stance Lin Yuan had used to cut off its own attack.

"I'll write down the new moves too," Mira said.

"Simply breaking them won't do any good."

Lin Yuan probed his senses into the rock walls on both sides. Behind the hard rock layers, there were countless gaps the size of finger joints, through which strands of magical energy flowed, eventually converging into the deeper part of the canyon.

The two people in front of them were not the real bodies, but merely two echoes that had been sent here.

Mira also spotted the fleeting gray light between the rocks. Instead of Take Over again, she took two iron nails from her waist and hammered them into the rocks on either side.

"Continue inwards?"

"The source is inside."

Ignoring the dummy that had raised its weapon again, the two retreated from the side path. The clone immediately gave chase, but its speed suddenly decreased as it crossed a crevice in the rocks, and its newly formed arm began to shed crystal sand.

Their range of movement is limited.

Mira noted the location of the crevice and was about to speak when a shout suddenly came from the depths of the canyon.

"Help!"

The voice was old and hoarse, as if it had been shouting for a long time.

Immediately afterwards, the same cries for help came from another direction. Then came a third, a fourth, and so on, the sounds from different directions overlapping in the canyon.

Neither Lin Yuan nor Mira took immediate action.

The last voice that rang out belonged to Lin Yuan himself.

" Mira, over here."
