" The Sick-Sick Fruit?" Luo, who was not far away, looked at the fruit with some surprise.
Noah had no idea that the Disease-Disease Devil Fruit User, who had just been killed by Red-Haired Shanks a few days ago, would be reborn here.
This Sick-Sick Fruit is the same fruit that Doc Q of the Blackbeard Pirates in the original timeline.

Seeing the fruit Noah threw to him, Andy looked incredulous. "Lord Noah, isn't this a bit too valuable?"
