After Kuro realized Poseidon might have awakened, Bon Clay intercepted Shirahoshi and captured her for the Liberator Organization. At Sabaody, Neptune and Jinbe learned that Shirahoshi was in the organization’s hands and feared the Fish-Men had no leverage to negotiate.

• Kuro detected a group of Sea Kings near Sabaody and sent Bon Clay to investigate the possibility that Poseidon had awakened.
• Bon Clay froze the Flying Dutchman, defeated Hody Jones, captured Vander Decken, and froze a Sea King that reached the ice.
• Bon Clay bonded Shirahoshi with Gene Armor and sent her through a Shadow Passage to the Liberator Organization’s lunar headquarters.
• Jinbe learned from Neptune that Hody Jones and Vander Decken had kidnapped Shirahoshi, and he regretted not killing Hody years earlier.
• Kuro’s bat clone told Neptune that the Liberator Organization had Shirahoshi and warned him to keep the Fish-Men under control.

Noah defeated Imu at Mary Geoise, then tracked down and killed him again after Imu revived in his younger brother Nerona Yate’s body. Noah confirmed Imu was dead and uncovered the long-prepared contingency that had let Imu use his relatives as spare bodies.

• Noah marked Imu during their fight, then used Seastone daggers and The Devil Contract to extract Imu’s five Mythical Zoan Devil Fruits and destroy his first body.
• Noah’s tarot cards warned him of another contingency and pointed him toward the East Blue and the Kingdom of Britannia.

Neptune surrendered the Ryugu Kingdom, while the surviving independent powers prepared for the Kingdom of Dawn’s next moves.

• Moria restrained Bismarck, and Ray trapped him in the Mirror World, where he could not escape.
• Sakazuki rampaged across the Red Line until Lilian killed him with her sun attack, destroying Sunlight Tree Eve and Fish-Man Island in the process.
• Noah and the others used their powers to stabilize the collapsing Red Line, form an artificial mountain, connect the seas, and create four new landmasses.
• The Liberator army crushed resistance forces worldwide, leaving the Whitebeard Pirates, Big Mom Pirates, Elbaf Kingdom, and Mokomo Dukedom as the only independent powers.
• Neptune surrendered the Ryugu Kingdom after Fish-Man Island was destroyed and Shirahoshi was held under house arrest; Jinbe and the Sun Pirates fled to Whitebeard.

Whitebeard, Charlotte Linlin, and their allies faced the Kingdom of Dawn’s impending attack and learned that Neptune had surrendered while Shirahoshi was being held on the moon as Poseidon. With no hope of winning alone, Whitebeard and Charlotte Linlin decided to seek an alliance at Elbaf.

• Whitebeard and Charlotte Linlin discussed how the Kingdom of Dawn had targeted them, while the Shipping King and Charlotte Mont-d'Or warned that the Kingdom was relocating islands and would likely soon attack.
• Jozu announced Jinbe’s arrival, and Jinbe told Whitebeard that Neptune had surrendered, the Kingdom of Dawn had accepted the Fish-Man Race, and Shirahoshi was being held on the moon because she was Poseidon.
• Jinbe explained that the Kingdom of Dawn’s power dwarfed even Poseidon’s ability to control Sea Kings, leaving the pirates with no realistic way to fight back.
• Jinbe urged Whitebeard’s allies not to wait for death, but the assembled pirates said they had no way to defeat the Kingdom of Dawn and complained that it would not grant them amnesty.
• Jinbe proposed going to Elbaf, and Whitebeard and Charlotte Linlin agreed to seek an alliance there.

After the World Government fell, Noah organized the Kingdom of Dawn’s new territory and accepted Vegapunk’s surrender. Vegapunk learned that Noah knew about his secret ties to Stussy, while his future role in the kingdom remained limited to civilian research.

• Noah established names and plans for the lands reshaped by the Red Line’s destruction, while the Kingdom of Dawn developed Mount Dawn and Sky Dome City.
• Noah accepted Vegapunk’s surrender after learning he had concealed Stussy’s identity, and ordered Champagne to deal with her.
• Champagne captured Vegapunk’s hidden base after its remaining World Government agents were killed, and revealed that the Pleasure District had been wiped out while fleeing toward Elbaf.

Tom was punished for building ships for pirates but handed over the Pluton Blueprints and became a technical adviser for the Sea Railway Group. Meanwhile, Neptune’s family reunited with Shirahoshi and celebrated their new life in the Kingdom of Dawn.

• Carnegie Jian told Tom he could no longer work as a shipbuilder and ordered him to join the sea railway project, while Iceburg inherited the shipyard.
• Tom gave his apprentices instructions, then brought the Pluton Blueprints to the Sea Railway Group the next morning.
• The group pardoned Tom’s previous offense and offered him a choice between leaving freely or becoming a specially appointed technical adviser, and he chose the adviser role.

The Kingdom of Dawn reshaped the world’s geography and climate, creating new continents and relocating Sea Kings, but the changes devastated Elbaf’s territory and food supply. After a famine-fueled conflict shattered its alliance, Noah defeated the weakened old-era forces and captured the Giant Kingdom.

• The Kingdom of Dawn transformed Reverse Mountain and the Red Line into new waterways and continents, while rising seas submerged much of Elbaf’s territory.
• Noah used the Clone-Clone Fruit to imitate Poseidon’s power and drove Sea Kings from the Calm Belts into the Antarctic waters and the latter half of the New World.
• The Shipping King warned Elbaf’s leaders that the kingdom lacked food as its shrunken territory and more than 300,000 newcomers strained supplies.
• Charlotte Linlin’s Hunger Pangs caused her to consume scarce food and kill giants, triggering a fierce conflict between the Big Mom Pirates and the Giant Tribe.
• Whitebeard’s forces sided with the giants, and both sides suffered heavy losses as Charlotte Linlin rampaged.
• Noah led a surprise attack, annihilated the battered Whitebeard Pirates, Big Mom Pirates, and Underworld emperors, and took the Giant Kingdom.

In 1520, Violet and Mikita discovered Momonosuke and his retainers had infiltrated Dressrosa and arranged their arrest. With the remnants of Wano captured, the chapter ended with the Kingdom of Dawn’s resistance eradicated and Noah’s cultural transformation complete.

• Violet recalled her former life in Dressrosa while relaxing with Mikita, then sensed powerful infiltrators at the port and alerted the authorities.
• At a port restaurant, Momonosuke, Kin'emon, Kanjuro, and Raizo read about the changed world and learned that Wano and their potential allies had been defeated or dispersed.
• Violet recognized the four as remnants of Wano and secretly notified Distillery headquarters to prepare an arrest.
• Distillery agents sealed the restaurant and subdued Kin'emon, Kanjuro, and Raizo after Kin'emon tried to escape and fight.
• Mikita taunted Momonosuke, who blamed the others and begged to be released, before Violet knocked him unconscious.
• The chapter concluded that the last resistance forces had been eliminated and Noah’s plan to transform the pirate world’s culture was complete.
