After the system helped him make Spiritual Qi, he constructed his qi sea and meridians and began cultivating, leaving him newly empowered but still learning how his body worked.
Li Xingkong pursued Luke Morgan after discovering his role in Ellie’s honey trap, then fought his way through the Bloody Hand Gang and Morgan’s prison defenses. He killed Morgan, rescued Mike, and returned to Freedom City to recover while Mike woke up.
Li Xingkong returned from the Prisoner Continent and devoted himself to cultivation, developing Bone-Tempering Grass and learning new spells. After choosing the Restoration Technique to treat his parents, he tested it by curing a sick dog of parasites and rabies.
Li Xingkong recovered the stolen Body Tempering Grass while the Cherry Blossom Wind Group tried to secure his vegetables and land for a factory. He outmaneuvered the group in the land deal, then returned home considering where to grow the grass next.
Li Xingkong expanded his cultivation by clearing remote farmland, building a cave dwelling, and growing Body Tempering Grass. After he gave Wu Ting and Tang Cheng basic magical abilities, Tang Cheng convinced his father, Tang Tianci, to meet Li Xingkong and support his work.
Li Xingkong agreed to help build Guanghan City on the moon, testing his spells at Wanli Shitang and developing a Vacuum Technique for the first lunar team. The modified team prepared for a secret landing on the moon’s far side, with the rocket expected to launch within days.
Li Xingkong mastered gravity-based flight, traveled into space to collect orbital debris, and returned to Earth Star after confronting an Eagle Country fleet. After reaching Qi Refining Perfection, he prepared to carry supplies to the moon, told his parents about the journey, and began learning a protective spell.
Li Xingkong took Moon-Chasing Island to the Moon, helped expand the lunar base, and secluded himself to cultivate the Heavenly Evolution Foundation Establishment Method. He emerged as a Foundation Establishment cultivator and returned to find the lunar base transformed.
Li Xingkong refined an Earth Vein on the moon, bringing Spiritual Qi to the lunar base and teaching its staff the Rising Sun Guide. As Divine Land prepared to reveal the Xi People, Li Xingkong confronted Eagle Country’s satellite, while Tang Cheng’s invented lunar stele script became a global sensation and helped expose a spy chain.
Li Xingkong brought the Xi People to Earth Star, gave Divine Land cultivation knowledge, and began installing Earth Veins while the authorities planned how to introduce cultivation. After a year in seclusion, he completed his 334th Earth Vein and discovered that public stillness courses had sparked backlash.
Li Xingkong learned that Eagle Country had stolen Gene Dictionary research and developed the Sword Control Technique, while Divine Land prepared a cultivation tournament. The tournament revealed cultivators’ abilities to the public, and Divine Land opened cultivation guidance to everyone as new matches began.
Li Xingkong’s nationwide cultivation initiative culminated in a tournament won by Wu Ting, while cultivation spread across the Divine Land and drew foreign interest. Li Xingkong then began preparing a vast space elevator, leveling its site and visiting the Longzhou branch, where he encountered Ji Nanzhi’s human-minded bull.
Li Xingkong completed the Jianmu space elevator, then spent six years on the moon refining his cultivation and expanding his Divine Sense. He returned to Earth Star to find Divine Land preparing for conflict, and ended the stretch by confronting the Star-Absorbing Cult.
Li Xingkong and Tang Cheng uncovered the Zhang Family’s Magic Power tax scheme, but their investigation stalled amid corruption and Zhang Ru’s escape. Li Xingkong created the Luo Shu as an oversight tool just as Mount Fuji erupted and Old Tang sent them to stop a disaster threatening Divine Land.
Li Xingkong diverted Mount Fuji’s eruption and survived the disaster as Divine Land faced a tsunami and intervened in Cherry Blossom Country. After returning home, he studied new cultivation methods and watched the Nation-Protecting Grand Formation near completion.
Li Xingkong created a space bag and linked gates while Divine Land expanded its territory and global conflicts spiraled into nuclear war. He helped shield Divine Land from the incoming missiles, then joined Old Tang in considering a spatial-gate operation against Eagle Country.
Divine Land captured Eagle Country and dealt with the aftermath of nuclear war and a released virus, while Li Xingkong turned to large-scale construction and secluded cultivation. His growing Divine Sense transformed people and animals across Earth Star, leaving him to pursue a formation capable of controlling the planet.
Li Xingkong completed two formations that could control Earth Star’s weather and gradually reshape its terrain, then passed his Foundation Establishment assessment and formed a Golden Core near the sun. He returned with the Earth-Traversing Golden Light ability and began considering a battle royale that could restore participants after death.
Li Xingkong transformed Venus into a battle arena and tested a resurrection system while cultivating, as the Snail People prepared to scout Earth Star. Hupo defeated their scouting party and brought three aliens to White Jade Capital, where Divine Land began preparing for the approaching threat.
The Snail People invaded Venus, but Li Xingkong turned the battle around and destroyed their fleet. He then began helping the Divine Land handle the aftermath, learning that Earth Star’s future expansion could bring it under the Pan-Civilization Convention and the Snail People’s nominal rule.
