In the second chapter of the novel " Shinigami the Unforgiven," the question of whether to hold the war criminals of the Wandenreich accountable was briefly discussed between Shiraishi and Uryū Ishida. The answer was that the soldiers would not be held accountable.
With war brewing, can a lowly soldier defy Yhwach's decision?
That's absolutely impossible.
They lacked the power to defy Yhwach; being forced into war was something they had no choice but to accept.
If they surrendered in time, they would receive an unconditional pardon and accept the rule of Uryū Ishida.
Whether or not the Sternritter should be released depends on the individual. Those with unruly personalities, like Bazz-B, will definitely be thrown into the Muken to prevent them from causing trouble again.
Haschwalth is far too powerful, and while he's unlikely to cause trouble anytime soon, he might do so again. Therefore, we should lock him up while he's not thinking of doing so.
However, Shiraishi had no intention of sending people to Mayuri Kurotsuchi as experimental subjects.
Shiraishi would not tolerate the act of treating living people as Shiro-chan, no matter how noble the reason.
The Research and Development Institute might target corpses at most, but it would never lay a hand on living people.
This is where Shiraishi's bottom line lies.
Mayuri Kurotsuchi was speechless after hearing Uryū Ishida's words. What could he say?
There's a spy right next to me; if I do anything to conceal something, he'll report it to Shiraishi at any time.
I've raised my daughter for nothing.
Mayuri Kurotsuchi, frustrated, threw the Bakudō at Haschwalth, saying, "Damn it, that damned bastard, he doesn't understand at all that scientific progress requires sacrifice."
"Mr. Shiraishi also said that you should probably learn from Kisuke Urahara's scientific advancements."
Uryū Ishida added a sentence.
"Shut up!
" Mayuri Kurotsuchi immediately exploded, his eyes widening as he said, "I would never stoop to learning from that guy!"
He roared, "Is this a question of whether or not to learn filial piety?"
Just like if someone doesn't get married, doesn't date, doesn't make friends, doesn't buy a house or a car, does it mean they don't want those things?
It's simply a matter of insufficient ability!
Mayuri Kurotsuchi attempted to study cutting-edge technology Kisuke Urahara, but lacking the talent, he could only turn to biotechnology and undergo numerous brutal experiments in order to acquire the scientific ability to Kisuke Urahara.
Even so, he understood that Kisuke Urahara was a scientific genius who could not be measured by common sense. He had never conducted a real human experiment, yet he was able to create two souls, and they were even the Soul King's substitutes.
Mayuri Kurotsuchi learned the truth, she was so angry that she felt suffocated. The only thing she was thankful for was that those two guys weren't as powerful Nemu.
"I have my own path." Mayuri Kurotsuchi insisted on this before turning and leaving, unwilling to admit that he was inferior to Kisuke Urahara.
The black cloth had completely bound Haschwalth, locking away all his Reiatsu so that not a single drop leaked out, thus rendering him unable to control the Reishi outside.
"You and I are going to the First Division."
Ichigo Kurosaki up, then added, " Ishida, do you want to come along?"
"No, I still have some things to do here."
Uryū Ishida pushed up his glasses and said in a heavy voice, "Then I need to go and visit my mother's grave."
"Hmm." Ichigo Kurosaki nodded and led Haschwalth away.
Uryū Ishida went to the Research and Development Institute and headed straight for one place: the prison where Quincy were being held.
Following the Reiatsu, Uryū Ishida passed through the dimly lit, towering building, where some strange and unusual inventions were coming into play.
Some of the team members are working to repair the communication equipment.
He walked alone into the prison corridor. There were more than two hundred Quincy had been captured and brought here.
They were in their cells when they saw him arrive, and they all stood up, "Your Majesty."
The title that should have belonged to Yhwach was taken over by Uryū Ishida, which felt strange. He muttered to himself, then nodded and said, "Sorry for before."
"No, we always trusted His Majesty and had doubts about the war. You saved us."
One person quickly answered, revealing their true thoughts.
Uryū Ishida spoke up, "I've made a deal with the Shinigami: once everyone's here, we'll return to the Wandenreich together."
"Really?" "That's great!"
They were very happy.
Two people remained silent.
Uryū Ishida opened the cell, dismissed the unauthorized personnel, and waited in the open space Research and Development Institute for the remaining Quincy to rendezvous.
Before long, only two female Quincy remained in the cell.
The dark-haired woman crossed her arms, looked up at the ceiling, and didn't want to look at anyone.
The green-haired woman leaned against the wall, her gaze fixed on the floor, seemingly counting the patterns on it.
"Ahem, Candice, Bambietta, you can come out now."
Uryū Ishida coughed and stepped forward to speak to them.
Candice turned her head and asked, " Bambietta, can you hear someone talking?"
"I don't know. I have absolutely no interest in guys who abandon their wives to show off and shoulder responsibility all by themselves."
Bambietta answered sullenly, feeling very angry. From the moment she woke up, the feeling of fear had not left her heart.
She never imagined that there could be something more terrifying than her own death.
That was the death of Uryū.
The thought of that possibility terrified her, and even her limbs turned ice cold.
This fear and concern turned into a raging fire upon hearing that Uryū was alright.
She absolutely hated this show-off man!
Why can't we face it together? Why do we have to protect them?
"I'm sorry, I made a mistake this time, please don't be angry."
Unsure how to comfort them, Uryū Ishida scratched the back of his head and tentatively said, "Please forgive me."
Forgive me? You bastard!
Bambietta erupted in anger, lunging at him and snarling, "Do you know how worried Candice and I were?!"
What's the point of our lives without you?
You bastard!
With that, she bit down hard on Uryū Ishida's shoulder, easily drawing blood. "I'm sorry, but even so, I still hope you can live."
Uryū Ishida stroked her long black hair, looked at Candice's face, and said, "The thought of you possibly dying made me lose the courage to even defy Yhwach. I'm sorry, I'm truly sorry."
"Idiot." Candice cursed, tears welling up in her eyes, but she held them back, turning around and kicking the wall to vent her frustration.
Damn it, even though I'm still angry, a sweet feeling is involuntarily welling up in my heart.
"Waaah." Bambietta, tears streaming down her face, immediately stopped biting him. Looking at the teeth marks on his shoulder, she asked with concern, "Are you alright?"
"It's alright," Uryū Ishida replied gently, his hand stroking her long hair as if it were touching his heart.
Bambietta couldn't hold back any longer, " Uryū, I need to feel your presence immediately!"
"Hey, wait a minute, Bambi."
Uryū Ishida wanted to explain further, but since it wasn't possible now, she had already started working hard with both hands, because of the urgency of the situation, she had to finish quickly.
