The Training Camp was bustling with activity early the next morning.
The new recruits were divided into dozens of small teams and began basic training under the guidance of gene warriors.
In the Gravity Domain,
Running, push-ups, squats, sparring—starting from the most basic physical fitness, we trained until we were as tired as dead dogs.
"Hurry up! Haven't you eaten?!"
"If you're any slower, get out of Hachinosu!"
"You! It's you! Do 100 more push-ups!"
The gene warriors were all fierce and menacing, like death knells.
The new recruits were complaining, but none of them dared to slack off—the dozens of corpses from yesterday were still fresh in their minds.
Deep within the training grounds, in that special area where gravity exerts even greater force, lies the true inferno.
Those dozen or so "top students" who managed to hold up under ten times the force of gravity are receiving "special attention" from Bullet.
"Everyone, stand at attention!"
Bullet stood before them, arms crossed, his gaze sharp as a knife.
You think you're so great?
"Being able to stand under ten times the force of gravity is already quite an achievement?"
No one dared to speak.
"Let me tell you, it's far from that!"
He pointed to the genetically engineered warriors training in the distance. "Those guys can fight normally under fifteen times gravity. What about you? You can't even stand up straight."
"From today onwards, you will train here."
"Only when you can stand under fifteen times gravity will you be qualified to talk about anything else."
Led by Bullet, a dozen people entered a region with 15 times the normal gravity.
The expressions on the faces of those dozen or so people changed instantly.
Some people collapsed to the ground, some gritted their teeth and persevered, and some had trembling legs and were drenched in sweat.
Bullet walked into the gravity field, stood in front of them, and acted as if nothing had happened.
"Lesson one for today—getting a beating."
Who wants to go first?
Everyone's face turned green.
In the audience, Roy, Tesoro, Hawk Eyes, Red Count, and others sat in a row, watching the training session below.
Roy's gaze swept over the dozen or so people, trying to see if there were any promising talents worth nurturing.
"That redhead," Hawk Eyes suddenly spoke up, "Is interesting."
Roy followed his gaze.
A thin young man with a ponytail and a long sword at his waist stood calmly at the edge of the gravitational field.
His name is Kazami, a wandering swordsman from the West Blue.
Bullet walked up to him. "You go first?"
Kazami nodded and drew his sword.
The moment the sword was drawn, Roy raised an eyebrow. So fast.
The sword light was so fast it was almost invisible; it stabbed seven times in a single breath, each strike aimed at Bullet's vitals.
Bullet didn't even try to dodge; his entire body was covered in Armament Haki.
Ding ding ding ding ding ding--!
The seven swords pierced Bullet's body, but didn't even break his skin.
"That's it?" Bullet looked down at him. "Like tickling an itch."
The Kazami unfazed upon meeting them, but with a sudden change in its stance, it retreated rapidly.
His footwork was unique; with each step he took, a vortex of air would form beneath his feet, and he moved at an extremely fast speed.
"This footwork..."
Tesoro let out a sound of surprise.
"It's somewhat similar to the 'Shave' move from the Six Powers, but not exactly the same."
Roy nodded:
"It's really good."
"His swordsmanship is fast, and his footwork is fast too, but his strength is too weak."
"His sword struck Bullet like poking a metal plate with chopsticks."
Hawk Eyes silently watched Kazami, a hint of interest flashing in his eyes.
Bullet continued. He casually threw a punch at Kazami; the speed wasn't fast, but the power was terrifying.
Kazami, a vortex of energy erupted beneath his feet, and he drifted away like a gust of wind.
The fist grazed his shoulder, the force of the blow stinging his face.
"You dodged pretty fast." Bullet grinned and threw another punch.
Kazami continued to hide.
He didn't confront Bullet head-on; instead, he dodged, like a nimble cat.
Occasionally, he would launch a counterattack, which, although unable to injure Bullet, was always delivered at tricky angles, striking vulnerable spots such as joints and eyes.
Roy nodded secretly in approval. This kid was calm, decisive, not greedy for credit, and not reckless.
He has a solid foundation in swordsmanship and distinctive footwork, but his physique is too weak.
" Hawk Eyes, you want him?" Roy asked.
Hawk Eyes was silent for a moment, then slowly nodded. "You can practice."
"Alright, he's yours. Once his physique is stronger, we'll arrange Bloodline Transplantation for him."
Hawk Eyes nodded and got up to leave the audience.
He walked to the edge of the training field and called out to Kazami.
Kazami stopped in his tracks, looking at the legendary World's Greatest Swordsman with a puzzled expression.
"You'll train with me from now on."
Kazami was stunned. His companions around him were also stunned, their eyes gleaming with envy.
Hawk Eyes turned and left. Kazami was stunned for a moment, then quickly followed.
The two left the training ground one after the other, leaving behind a trail of envious, jealous, and resentful glances.
Training is ongoing.
Bullet selected a few more people, all of whom were quite skilled, but none of them could withstand three moves from him.
Until he pointed to one person—Vakali Bar.
When this person stood up, everyone was startled.
He was over five meters tall, with bulging muscles all over his body and prominent veins on his skin.
A half -Giant Tribe.
Bar scratched his head sheepishly, walked up to Bullet, and said in a muffled voice, "Nice to meet you."
Bullet threw a punch.
Bar neither dodged nor evaded, but crossed his arms to block.
boom--!!!
Their fists clashed with a dull thud. Bar staggered back five steps, leaving five deep footprints, but he didn't fall.
Bullet's eyes lit up. "Interesting."
He threw another punch, this time with more force. Bar blocked it again, staggered back five steps, his arm went numb, but he still didn't fall.
"Again!"
Bullet used 30% of his strength in his third punch.
The punch landed on Bar, sending him flying backward and crashing into the edge of the gravity field, leaving him dazed and confused.
But after getting up, he wasn't seriously injured.
Bullet nodded in satisfaction. "Good. You stay and train with me from now on."
Bar smiled sheepishly, "Thank you, sir!"
In the audience, Roy nodded as well.
This Bar has top-notch strength, physique, and recovery ability, but his fighting skills are too rough.
If he trains with Bullet for a few years, he'll definitely become a formidable player.
He stood up and walked off the field.
Kazami and Bar were summoned before him.
"Don't resist."
Roy pointed a finger at Kazami's forehead.
The training methods for the Six Powers and the Two-Colored Haki, along with some swordsmanship insights, were directly transmitted into his mind.
Kazami shuddered, closed his eyes, and sweat beaded on his forehead. A few seconds later, he opened his eyes, his gaze filled with shock.
"Thank you, Captain!" He knelt on one knee, his voice trembling.
Roy waved his hand and then touched Bar's forehead.
The same information was transmitted.
Bar was stunned for a long while, then his eyes reddened, and he knelt down with a thud. "Captain! I... I will definitely train hard!"
Roy helped him up. "Alright. Go on."
The two turned and left. Kazami followed Hawk Eyes, while Bar returned to the gravity field to continue honing his physique with Bullet.
In the days that followed, Hachinosu entered a state of high-speed operation.
The more than 4,000 new recruits were divided into several teams.
The first group, consisting of a dozen or so top students who managed to withstand ten times the force of gravity, was assigned to the " Reserve Camp " and personally trained by Bullet.
Every day, they crawl and roll in the gravity field, learning the Six Powers, practicing Haki, and honing their physique.
Although it was incredibly tough, no one complained—because they knew that if they could endure it, they would be eligible for Bloodline Transplantation.
The second group, those who could withstand the Yamato Conqueror's Haki but collapsed under ten times the gravity, were assigned to the " Training Camp " and trained by gene warriors.
Basic physical fitness, combat skills, teamwork—take it one step at a time. Those who perform well will have the opportunity to advance to the Reserve Camp.
The third echelon, consisting of peripheral forces, is responsible for patrols, transportation, and logistics.
You won't participate in core combat, but you can still learn some basic things. Just follow the rules.
As for the more than one thousand people who were screened out, they were simply sent away and didn't even make it to the outer perimeter.
