• The Abyss Chamber of Commerce protected towns from pirate raids, while the Revolutionary Army quietly infiltrated several forces.
• The Five Elders and Steel Bone Kong confronted Sengoku over the Marines’ defeat and discussed cutting their funding and abolishing the Seven Warlords of the Sea system.
• Kong proposed reorganizing the Marines, cracking down on pirates, rebuilding Marine Headquarters, recruiting powerful fighters, and having Sengoku resign after the recruitment drive.
• The Five Elders approved Kong’s proposals and added the abolition of the Seven Warlords of the Sea system.

• Lin Yuan returned to the headquarters, explained how Blackbeard had faked his death, and introduced Bullet, Redfield, Shiki, Lafitte, Van Augur, Indigo, and Scarlet to Whitebeard Newgate and the others.
• The old-timers reunited at a grand banquet, reminisced about their past, and recognized the strength of the younger fighters gathered there.
