Vic scoffed slightly, realizing he wasn't getting any advantage from them, but Vic didn't put away the Divine Staff. Since the Divine Staff wanted to eat, he might as well continue feeding it. Maybe absorbing so much lightning would make the Void Lightning it generated in the future even more effective. Anyway, the Divine Staff was his, so he wouldn't lose out.

The Divine Staff absorbed nearly an hour of gathered Mamaragan, its special patterns glowing, and the clouds in the sky changed from dark to white. If the clouds hadn't been so devoid of lightning, the Divine Staff probably wouldn't have stopped its relentless pursuit.

After the Divine Staff stopped absorbing lightning, it began attracting Void Lightning, showing renewed interest in Vic. It kept going non-stop, seemingly insatiable. Vic sensed the Void Thunder this time and found it to be no different from before, failing to accelerate the tempering of his body.

"Did you not get enough practice or what? So you haven't made any progress after all this time? What a waste of all that hype! You've accomplished nothing!"

Vic immediately stored the Divine Staff in his Alternate Dimensional Space. He didn't have time to study it now. Vic quickly put away all the harpoons on the ship. Fortunately, the piercing only hit the side of the ship and wouldn't affect navigation.

After storing the harpoon in his Dimensional Space, Vic headed towards the bedroom in the cabin. Seeing that Wendy was still safely tied to the bed, Vic was relieved. Just as Vic was about to untie Wendy, he heard Xiaobai's urgent shouts outside. Vic recognized this voice; Xiaobai had called out the same way when they went down the Iceburg.

"Could something else be falling from the sky? The clouds have all been drained, what else could it be?"

Although Vic had doubts, it didn't stop him from quickly getting to the outside of the cabin.

Upon arriving outside, Vic discovered a shadow looming over the small boat, and the shadow was growing larger and larger. Vic was greatly alarmed and quickly drew his Blood Wither sword from his waist, unleashing a massive Sword Gang that flew overhead.

Only after the Sword Gang flew out did a unique soft humming sound ring out. At this moment, Vic looked up and saw that this time he had fallen onto a piece of land that was pointed at the bottom and flat at the top.

The land had been cleaved in two by Vic's Sword Gang, the cuts clean and smooth. It then fell to the sides of the small boat, and two huge waves pushed the boat forward, as if riding the ocean current, and it glided quickly for a long distance. Xiaobai also swam alongside the small boat.

" Xiaobai, come here and tie the rope. We need to get out of this awful place right now, it's a real pain in the ass!"

After the waves calmed down, the small boat stopped. Vic quickly told Xiaobai to put on the rope. This place was no place for humans to stay. Even a continent could fall from the sky. It was truly outrageous.

Aren't the only landmasses in the sky Upper Yard? Where did this come from? Was it also washed up by the Knock Up Stream? Vic had a lot of questions in his mind, but the most important thing was to leave this place.

Xiaobai cooperated well with Vic, and the rope was quickly tied. Xiaobai pulled the small boat towards Drum Island. It didn't even need Vic to point out the direction. Vic glanced at the Eternal Pose and found that the direction was indeed exactly right.

" Xiaobai! You don't have a pointer-like device in your head, do you?" Vic asked curiously, but Xiaobai didn't quite understand what Vic meant by pointer. It cried out in confusion and pulled the small boat away at high speed.

"Don't you understand? Perhaps it's an innate navigation system in living organisms? A biological navigation system unaffected by the island's magnetic field!"

Vic muttered to himself, no longer dwelling on it. There was another type of South Bird, but the South Bird had more limitations.

Vic looked up at the clouds overhead, puzzled. They had turned into white clouds, so why hadn't they disappeared? Were they preparing for a second attack, gathering strength for another strike?

But before Vic could even let go of that thought, something else fell from the sky—another piece of land, even larger than the previous one. It fell very fast, and even at Xiaobai's speed, he couldn't swim out of that area.

"What the hell did I do to deserve this?"

Vic dared not be careless; this time it was already the size of a small island, and one careless move could result in the ship being destroyed and everyone on board perishing.

With his left hand gripping the scabbard and his right hand holding the Blood Wither hilt, Vic crouched slightly in an iaido stance, gathering his Sword Qi and staring intently Vic the rapidly descending island.

" One Sword Style ·Iai"

" Open the Heavenly Gate "

Vic vanished from the bow of the ship in an instant, reappearing above the island. Blood Wither had already been sheathed, and the small island behind him had split into two, with a canyon between them. With a thunderous roar, both islands plunged into the sea simultaneously.

They didn't sink, but floated on the sea. Xiaobai pulled the small boat out with the waves in the canyon. Vic looked back at the new island. Apart from the river in the middle, it was still intact, with many plants and trees, lush and green. Vic tapped the air twice and returned to the bow of the boat.

" Kaido! Still denying it was you? Show yourself! Besides your Fish-Fish Fruit, Model: Azure Dragon ability, who else could do this?"

Vic now strongly suspects that Kaido has been following his small boat from the sky, causing trouble. It can't be this coincidental, can it?

Kaido a penchant for suicide, and this isn't the first or second time he's attempted suicide on Sky Island. Perhaps it was during his suicide attempts that he realized he wanted to play a trick on himself.

Vic's shouts went unanswered, and Xiaobai ignored Vic, pulling the boat along with trepidation.

This day was a huge psychological test for it, an experience it had never had before in its life as a fish, and one it never wanted to go through again. It felt like it had to repay the debt the very next day after being saved!

" Kaido! I know it's you! If you don't come out now, one day I'll go to Onigashima and beat you up!"

Receiving no response, Vic called out again, but again received no response. However, it wasn't entirely without response, as two subsequent mentions of the island's whereabouts served as a form of reply.

Drum Island, an island covered in ice and snow, is a winter island where the ice and snow never melt. Yet, it boasts world-renowned medical expertise, with more famous doctors than the entire Grand Line combined. However, the doctors on this island are currently suffering a disaster.

At the end of a river leading into the island, a ship was moored. The sails had been lowered and the anchor had been lowered. Only the occasional fluttering flag revealed that it was a pirate ship. Below the skull on the flag, a pair of axes were crossed.

On the ski slope not far from the river, a large group of people were walking towards the end of the river. The leader was carrying two large axes on his shoulders and was much taller than the rest of the group, making him stand out.

Behind him followed a group of armed henchmen swaggering around, but the people at the back looked out of place because they were all wearing white coats, their hands were tied together with two long ropes, and their faces looked very grim.
