After waking from Vic’s illusion, Rebecca and the others confronted him over the despair they had endured, and Vic let them attack him to release their pent-up emotions. Rebecca began by testing him with a rain of swords, but her blades stopped before reaching him.

• Rebecca woke unharmed, realized Vic’s illusion had been false, and rushed to embrace him.
• Vic warned that the suffering in the illusion could become reality if they failed to train for the coming fight against the Celestial Dragons.
