Mukai used his new body’s control of wind and lightning to save himself, invent devices, and gain the trust of Sasori, Pakura, and Granny Chiyo. After refining Iron Sand into valuable Chakra Metal, he secured Chiyo’s protection and prepared to lead Pakura’s squad toward Amegakure, while Rasa was summoned by the Third Kazekage.

• Mukai awakened in Komushi’s body, survived his wounds with Sasori’s help, and met Yahiko, Nagato, and Konan in Amegakure.
• Mukai and Sasori returned to Sunagakure, where Mukai helped Sasori reconnect with Granny Chiyo and demonstrated inventions that could purify water and generate electricity.
• Mukai defended his family’s tavern from Aramura Taku and Hanyū Hiko, then began training with wind and lightning and discovered he could make a laser.
• Mukai and Sasori built and tested the Mountain God Mecha and Zealot Prototype before joining Pakura on a mission to a border outpost.
• Mukai detected a Root ambush, and he and Sasori fought in their mecha while Pakura battled the Rain Ninja and drove them off.
• After the mission, Mukai accepted Pakura as his master, obtained Iron Sand and workshop access, and proposed extracting Chakra Metal from it.

Mukai allied with Yahiko’s Akatsuki, restored Moon Sake Town, and led the construction of a canal that brought water to the oasis. As his team prepared for the Chunin Exams, Mukai recruited Shisō and intervened when they encountered a noble abusing a child, then revealed to Sasori that Komushi was consuming most of his Chakra.

• Mukai saved Yahiko, Konan, and Nagato from rogue ninja, then offered to support Akatsuki while they worked to improve life in Moon Sake Town.
• Mukai organized relief and canal construction, put Nagato and the villagers to work, and dealt with bandits through trials and punishments.
• Mukai helped Pakura intensify her Scorch Release, and she joined him in melting and hardening the canal tunnel.
• Mukai encouraged Sasori to face his grief and use his strength to help change the Land of Wind, then recruited Shisō and challenged Kawasaki Ryūji after he insulted Shisō’s family.
• Mukai trained Shisō and equipped the team’s mecha, while Yahiko, Nagato, Konan, and the villagers completed the canal and opened the waterway to the oasis.
• Mukai and his companions set out for the Chunin Exams, then rescued a girl from Noble Ogawa and had Sasori seal the witnesses’ memories before Sasori killed Ogawa.
• Mukai told Sasori that Komushi was absorbing nearly all his daily Chakra and explained that his generator and Hierarch Mecha could help him manage the risk.

Mukai led his team through the joint Chunin Ninja Exams while exposing Konoha’s barrier weakness and negotiating with Orochimaru. After Shisō won his match and Mukai strengthened ties with Nonō, he gave Sasori a self-operating, intelligent Crow puppet.

• Mukai’s perfect score revealed hidden circuits in Konoha’s Great Barrier, and the Barrier Team sealed its gaps.
• Mukai defeated a Takigakure team, then used a massive lightning attack to destroy three Root ninja before bargaining with Orochimaru for the Spirit Transformation Technique.
• Mukai’s team passed the Forest of Death trial after helping wounded Konoha ninja, and seven squads advanced to the finals.
• Shisō defeated Might Guy after opening the Gate of Opening, while Ibiki Morino won his match and Obito Uchiha forfeited to Rin Nohara.
• Mukai arranged to work with Yakushi Nonō, who agreed to help him and guide Kari in medical ninjutsu while he planned a safe future for the orphans.
• Mukai used the Spirit Transformation Technique and Chakra Metal to place an intelligent processing node in a Soul Stone.

Mukai won the Chunin Ninja Exams, then returned to the Land of Wind and built an oasis settlement, school, and fortress with his allies. As Akatsuki faced growing threats from Hanzō and Rain forces, Mukai’s hidden powers and technology helped expose infiltrators and protect Yahiko’s town.

• Mukai awakened the Spirit Transformation Technique in his sleep and absorbed the lingering memories of the dead, including three powerful spirits who stabilized him.
• Mukai defended Sasori after Sasori was disqualified from the Chunin Ninja Exams, then defeated Ibiki Morino and Uchiha Inabi to win the finals.
• Mukai returned to Sunagakure and persuaded Elder Chiyo to support his plans for a school, reclaimed land, and an oasis settlement, while Yakushi Nonō agreed to become principal.
• Mukai, Pakura, Sasori, Konan, Nagato, and Akatsuki members built smelting equipment, a kiln, and a fortress at the Oasis Workshop as Yahiko organized the settlement.
• Hanzō ordered an investigation of Mukai and Akatsuki, while Danzo warned him that Mukai and Shisō were working with the group.
• Mukai’s Fortress Core detected infiltrators, and Mukai and Sasori killed three White Zetsu before Mukai arranged for the fortress to monitor the camp and develop coordinated puppet tactics.

• When Saionji Moriuchi’s forces attacked Moon Sake Town, Sasori and Nagato protected the defenders while Mukai’s Zealot Mecha unleashed a shockwave that killed Moriuchi and left the surviving Rain Ninja to summon Ibuse.
