"Knights of Griffin Barony! Take up your weapons and cut down every last one of these bandits who dare invade our land!" Hant raised his greatsword and shouted.

The knights swiftly formed an attack formation. Heavy breaths came from beneath their noses as they stared at the disorderly bandits charging from afar, their eyes filled with excitement.

When the bandits on the other side saw the orderly Knight Squad, who had not been scared off by them, a sense of unease rose in their hearts, though they had yet to realize what was wrong.

Big Beard also waved his greatsword. "Charge! Break up their formation! Kill these soft-legged cowards from Nafu City!"

At those words, the bandits cast aside that trace of unease. They squeezed their horses with their legs and galloped forward even faster!

"Roar, roar, roar!!"

"I'm killing ten!"

"I'll show you what real slaughter looks like!"

"Don't go crying back to your mothers!"

With a flick of his wrist, Hant held his greatsword horizontally before his chest and charged out first, his target none other than the bandit leader, Big Beard!

Clang!

The metallic crash of two greatswords colliding rang out. Big Beard was forced back a step by Hant. When he looked down at his own blade, he saw a notch where the swords had struck. In contrast, Hant's greatsword remained bright and gleaming, silver light flashing beneath the sun.

"How is this possible?" Big Beard sounded incredulous. Then he fixed his gaze on Hant. "You can withstand one of my attacks. You must be a Silver Rank knight, the captain of these knights."

"Enough nonsense!" Hant snorted coldly and urged his Warhorse forward again.

Both were Silver Rank knights. Within a few breaths, they exchanged several blows, and every time, Big Beard came out worse.
