Barred at the Door

Only after three days did Mu Yunxi emerge from the Heaven and Earth Spiritual Realm.

Brilliant light flowed through her cool eyes, with a faint, soul-seizing presence about her. The peerless grace radiating from her brow was enough to leave others awestruck.

Inside the General's Estate, everyone who saw Mu Yunxi looked at her with a strange mixture of surprise and admiration, though contempt still showed in many of their eyes.

Mu Yunxi paid none of it any mind. After leaving the General's Estate, she followed the route in her memory toward the Fourth Prince's Estate.

Walking down the street, Mu Yunxi inevitably drew pointing fingers and whispered comments all along the way.

"Hey, did you see? That's the trash from the General's Estate. I heard the Fourth Prince broke off their engagement a couple of days ago!"

"How does trash like her still have the nerve to show her face? If it were me, I'd have found a crack in the ground to crawl into and hide long ago. Fooling around with another man and getting her engagement broken off-who would dare take her?"

As she listened to the comments all around her, the trace of viciousness in Mu Yunxi's cool eyes deepened.

Before long, Mu Yunxi arrived at the entrance to the Fourth Prince's Estate. At the sight of her, the gate guard could not help showing his disdain and contempt as he barred her way outside.

"Little trash, get lost! Our Fourth Prince has already broken off your engagement. Have you no shame, daring to come pester him again?"

Mu Yunxi had already endured the comments and pointing fingers the entire way. Now even a watchdog was throwing his weight around and bullying her like this. Her expression instantly turned cold, and she gave a mocking smile.

"Beat me? You think you're worthy?"

Mu Yunxi cast a chilly glance at the guard blocking her way and sneered, the cold smile on her face unrestrained and tinged with arrogance.

"Pah! So what if I beat a cheap slut like you? What, are you going to bring your lover here?"

The guard looked at Mu Yunxi with mockery written all over his face. His aura stirred, and he thrust a palm toward her, intending to teach this arrogant trash a lesson.

A worthless slut who aped other people's arrogance without any ability to back it up-she didn't know her own limits!

Seeing the guard seek his own death, a deep glint of derision flashed through Mu Yunxi's cool eyes.

Just as the guard extended his arm toward her, Mu Yunxi struck swiftly, her figure shifting slightly. There was a crack.

Mu Yunxi had thoroughly shattered the guard's entire arm. Then she brutally kicked him straight in the chest.

With a bang, the guard's whole body flew backward and slammed heavily into the gates of the Fourth Prince's Estate, knocking the tightly closed gates open!

It was clear just how much force Mu Yunxi had put into that kick. The guard was so shocked that he was left completely dazed!

"Fourth Prince, haven't you watched enough of the show by now?" Mu Yunxi then glanced into the distance and sneered coldly!
