Yan Heqing nodded, feeling a bit nauseous as he stood up.

Hearing about the rooms, Chu Ziyu looked up, his eyes blurry with tears, and slurred, "Three rooms, how are we supposed to sleep? Ah, I'll decide!" He struggled to stand up, "I'll sleep with Heqing! We're young, we have things in common... Ugh???"

Xie Yunjie covered his mouth, pressed him back into his chair, and said to Yan Heqing with a smile, "Trust me, no one can stand sharing a bed with him for even a minute."

Yan Heqing wanted to say something, but his stomach was churning violently. He nodded slightly and followed Lu Lin.

Lu Lin didn't lead Yan Heqing to the room, but instead took him to the bathroom.

"Don't hold it in, you'll be fine once you throw up."

Yan Heqing had reached his limit, a thin layer of sweat on his forehead. He stepped forward, braced himself against the sink, and quietly vomited.

I didn't eat much; I vomited for a while and then felt completely empty.

He rinsed his mouth and looked up. In the mirror, his face was pale, but his lips were unusually red, and his pupils were as if they had been washed clean from the tears. He wiped the water from the corner of his lips, turned around, and apologized, "I'm sorry, I didn't know I get seasick."

"No need to apologize, seasickness is very common." Lu Lin handed her something. "I got seasick the first time I went to sea too, and lozenges will help a lot."

The transparent orange candy wrapper refracted the light; it had already been peeled open, revealing an orange candy.

Yan Heqing took it and put it in her mouth; it was sweet and sour. "Thank you."

Lu Lin's gaze lingered on his glistening lips, then quickly shifted away, and he strode out, saying, "I'll take you back to your room."

The other rooms were not cleaned, and there was also a staff break room; only three rooms were habitable.

Lu Lin arranged for Yan Heqing to stay in a room by himself.

The room was exceptionally large, similar to a suite in a five-star hotel, with floor-to-ceiling curtains drawn tightly. If you weren't thinking about being on a ship, it would feel no different from being in a hotel.

Yan Heqing was too tired to take a shower, so he quickly rinsed his mouth and went to bed to rest.

Lu Lin left the room and returned to the restaurant.

Chu Ziyu counted his sixth lover, his face covered in tears, "Don't you think I'm utterly miserable!"

"Yes," Xie Yunjie replied half-heartedly.

Seeing Lu Lin enter, Xie Yunjie was quite surprised. He put down his phone and stood up. "Why are you back?"

Lu Lin sat down, unbuttoned a button with one hand, grabbed a can of beer, broke it open with the same hand, tilted his head back and chugged it down, his Adam's apple bobbing violently.

Not to mention that Lu Lin never drinks beer, the fact that he drank it in such a rough manner made Chu Ziyu forget to cry, and she stared at him in disbelief.

Xie Yunjie was also dumbfounded. "What happened?"

Lu Lin kept seeing Yan Heqing's lips.

I think he's a beast.

Even though he was vomiting so much, he was thinking about something else.

He got up and walked back to the deck.

Xie Yunjie pressed, "Where are you going?"

Lu Lin walked extremely fast.

"Diving."

*

Yan Heqing heard a loud splashing sound.

He thought he was dreaming.

I opened my eyes groggily, and a few rays of light shone through the gap in the curtains.

All discomfort had vanished, and he felt completely refreshed. He threw back the covers, got out of bed, Yan Heqing on his shoes, walked to the window, and drew back the curtains.

It was instantly shocking.

The ship stopped, and outside the floor-to-ceiling windows was the boundless blue sea, with the morning light falling on the surface, creating a soft, shimmering glow.

It was so beautiful, it felt like a dream.

Yan Heqing watched quietly for a long time until a knock came at the door.

" Xiao Heqing! Wake up! A-Lin caught a 200-pound tuna! Holy crap!"

Upon reaching the deck, the captain, cook, cleaner, and Xie Yunjie stood in front of him, but Lu Lin was not seen.

Chu Ziyu grabbed Yan Heqing and squeezed in, saying, "Make way."

Pushing through the crowd, Yan Heqing first saw Lu Lin processing fish, followed by a giant tuna he had never seen before, several baskets of crabs, several baskets of lively shrimp, and various kinds of sea fish covering the deck.

Lu Lin was processing the tuna when Yan Heqing arrived. He looked up, his hair still damp, and his usual sharpness seemed to have diminished. A smile played on his lips. "Good morning."

Before Yan Heqing could speak, Xie Yunjie winked at him, "Thanks to you today, A-Lin is going to cook."

"Holy crap!" Chu Ziyu was already swallowing hard. "The last time I ate President Lu's cooking was right after the college entrance exam!" He got excited again. " Xiao Heqing, you don't know, Lu Lin's existence is just a nuisance to everyone. He's good at studying, good at basketball, and his cooking is okay..."

Yan Heqing's gaze remained fixed on the tuna.

For lunch, Lu Lin made shrimp dumplings with tofu wrappers. They were so fresh they made your teeth ache, and Chu Ziyu especially liked them, but they were too bland. He suggested, "Chef Lu, make something spicy for dinner! I'd love that!"

Lu Lin did not respond at all.

Yan Heqing ate a few bites and then went to fish on the first deck.

He was also lucky; he caught several large lobsters on his first sea fishing trip.

By sunset, the harvest had been quite plentiful.

Xie Yunjie and Chu Ziyu spent the afternoon diving. They were exhausted when they returned to the boat and went straight to their room to sleep after dinner.

Yan Heqing is still fishing. He's heading back tomorrow morning. It's a rare opportunity for him to come here, so he's going to fish at night.

The sea was calm at night. A light was hanging on the deck, and Yan Heqing stared intently at the water, unaware that Lu Lin had arrived.

"Not very old, but quite addicted." Lu Lin sat down next to him.

Yan Heqing smiled, "A little."

"Besides fishing," Lu Lin asked, looking at his profile, "What else do you like?"

Long eyelashes cast deep shadows beneath his eyes, and his lips were dry. Yan Heqing unconsciously pursed them before asking, "And you, besides fishing, what else do you like?"

Lu Lin took something out of his pocket.

A silver gleam refracts through the interplay of light and shadow, sometimes deep, sometimes shallow.

It's a harmonica.

"Want to listen?" Lu Lin asked calmly. "We can't request songs, and not many people can play them."

A faint smile appeared on Yan Heqing's lips. "I don't know many songs either."
