Chapter Summaries

Dragon decided to meet Fleet Admiral Sengoku to seek a partnership with the Navy, while the Revolutionary Army prepared its forces for an attack on the World Government. Meanwhile, the Blond Hair Pirates left Law and Pedro on Swallow Island and sailed to a nearby vacation spot.

• Law and Pedro flew to Swallow Island to spend a week catching up, while Kazu and the Blond Hair Pirates continued on without them.
• Dragon told Ivankov that he would meet Fleet Admiral Sengoku despite the risks, hoping to establish a mutually beneficial partnership with the Navy.
• Dragon ordered Ivankov to gather the Grand Line Army’s elite forces and said Morley, Karasu, Lindbergh, and Betty were assembling their armies as well.
• After Dragon left, Ivankov began mobilizing the Revolutionary Army for its planned attack on the World Government.
